Om Ganesha, Morning Pujas and Prayers from our Sacred Kashi Ashram January 3, 1999

Namaste my chelas, I love you so very much.

All the world has one thing in common and that one thing is the Divine Breath. This breath links us all together. You can go beyond the finite and touch the infinite if you watch the breath go in an out with deep concentration. Through the breath you can awaken dead to the grossness of life and alive in the divinity of all things close to God.

Through the following of one’s breath you can calm your mind and relax the body. Do you know my chelas, that even when you read these words of breath the last year or so, your automatically begin to follow the breath coming in and out whether you want to or not. This is a good thing. It also means that over the past months you have become a little more aware. All is inside of you, there is nothing that exists out side of you. The whole big universe is in you. You need to go no where to fine God, you need only to go with in.

To relax the ego mind is one of the highest things for your spiritual life you can do.

Become conscious this moment of your breath. I know that I say this over and over. This is because it is the most important thing I can teach you. The Mother breathes out and the chela breathes in. This is how you carry the Mother with in you at all times. Yet how will you know this if you do not feel the breath going in and out. Rising and falling.

The Shakti that one gets by being aware of the breath is exciting and calming at the same time.

Oh my Black Mother, Show my children the way of the Breath the way you showed your daughter Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati.

These are my Pujas and these are my Prayers. I love you. Love Ma
