Namaste my Chelas Namaste my Ramana,
Every night in Darshan everyone is filled with the Mother. It is easy to remember the Guru when the Guru is in front of you sitting cross legged on her couch teaching up a storm. What you have to do during the day is set a little stop watch or timer for every two hours or so. When the alarm goes off and you can go into a private place just breathe and feel the breath coming in and out. I am just that. I am the breath. I am inside of you. If you have the awareness of the breath you will indeed have the awareness of the Mother. I am always there just a breath away. If you can not go into someplace private and quiet then just sit where you are and follow the breath as you do what ever it is you do. This just takes a few seconds and can keep you happy and full hidden under the breast of the Mother. I love you all. I love you my Ramana. Love Ma

Namaste Ma, During the day, at work or anywhere, but especially when the world presses hard, it helps to pause and remind myself of you. How can I remember to make that pause more often, and when I do, how can I feel your presence most strongly, and transform the moment, and so be reminded of who you are, and who I am, or should be?
Thank you Ma.
Love Ramana Hanuman
