Om Namah Ganesha Om Namah Laxsmi. Question from my Marc Hanuman on the bottom of the page.

Namaste my very spoiled son, Hanuman, Namaste my Chelas. Before I go further I think that we all should thank Mata Giri for coming up with this Idea. She knew how I want to keep the intimacy with my chelas as we get bigger and more out there. I guess I am thanking her now, we will see later on.

First of all my son Hanuman. Your question is so dammed loaded And second of all WHAT BRUNCH? I WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE EATING AND NOW SO DOES EVERY ONE ELSE.

I also have to explain the condo. You see my Marc Hanuman is one of the best care givers I have ever met. He lives my teaching every day of his life. His goal in life is to serve everyone as he fights this disease AIDS and is winning. He is also very close to his Ma. One day while sitting in the Ganesh Room with quite a few people, the pain was so bad that I thought my heart would break. I looked at my Hanuman and he said almost like a child ( referring to the Chidakash) Ma I am going to the condo over the head now. We have used this term so long now that he probably assumes that you all know it. The Chidakash is the place of detachment taught to me in the early 70ties by Swami Nityananda. It is free of all attachment and emotionalism. It is a clear space or as Swami would say the sky of consciousness. When one is working with the dying or the sick or homeless one must be way over the head to be able to help with out putting our own emotions into play. I have learnt this the hard way thinking that detachment meant non caring. In fact detachment means caring to a point of deep love. During the day if you are a care giver or even if you are going through hard times at work or at home simply get into the habit of saying over and over This is not about me. This is about the person who needs me and she does not need to see my heart break. She needs to see my heart full enough to hold her heart in my hands. Really all you have to say is this is not about me and God the Mother will do the rest. Remember when you come home to sit and ask Mother to take the pain if any seeped in. Hanuman I want you to be able to take care of people all your life. You can not get attached. There are too many that need us. And we certainly make a good team, Mother and son, Guru and Chela. I love you all with all my heart. I love you my Hanuman. Love Ma Jai Shree Maharaji Ki Jai I bow to your feet 1008 times every day of my life. This is my chosen way.

Namaste Ma:

It is a great beam of light that shines through the computer screen this morning…Sunday Darshan Brunch!

Ma, you have taught me and us all so much about detachment and that detachment can never be taught too often. Yet, in the midst of the emotions detachment becomes difficult to maintain. At those moments it is when things feels overwhelming.

Ma, please share a daily detachment prayer that we can carry with us that will help to keep us in our condos above the head.

I love you with all of my heart,

your,

Marc Hanuman
