Jai Shree Ganesha Jai Shree Laxmi Ma Ki Jai. Namaste my Shanti Mayee, When I lead you to the place in-between the temples, I am leading you to your own Ganga in your head. The ego can not live here for it would drown and die. The psyche muscles were beginning to form when you all came to me in the beginning. Now after so much training and breathing in Darshans, for many 25 years worth, they have grown strong enough to lead you into samadhi. When I lead you through all the chakras, you are going through different phases of your life times and conquering them. The whole process makes you stronger and more ready to hold the spirit of God in her fullness. I love you. Love Ma.

Namaste my Ma, I love you – thank you for everything, and especially for this new online darshan – it’s amazing. My question regards the psyche muscles and the focus of the breath during meditation. Often in darshan you guide us through each chakra, then above and beyond –. Recently you pointed out a subtle shift from focusing between the eyebrows to focusing between the temples. When I focus between the temples there is a pressure that makes me think of resistance training. It’s the most clear experience I’ve had of what you must mean by the “psyche muscles”, because it actually feels like my focus is getting stronger when I concentrate there, like working out – it’s great. Could you explain what is happening when we move our breath and our focus through our bodies and chakras? Thank you with all my heart for this gift and for all that you do, my Ma. And of course to you Mata Giri for your generosity and expertise.

I kiss your feet, Ma, with deepest gratitude – Shanti Mayee
