Sukha is my darling of darlings, He is our favorite guest on the Ashram. he is also our announcer for our hockey games when he can come home from L.A. He has helped so many with AIDS and has lots of Babies from AA. We love to spoil him to pieces. I named him so fast that I never ever remember his birth name.
Ok my Sukha here we go. Passionate Puja is Puja that you put your heart and soul in. I love doing Puja for my children, my Chelas. I love doing Puja for certain people who are ready to open up like a lotus. You are one of them and my Harry my Anthropologist is another one. I watch you both blossom and my heart feels wonderful and good.
You prepare yourself with a beautiful shower or bath. You put ash on your forehead. You go and meet your lover (GOD the Mother or God the Father). You light the incense and you stare at your God, perhaps a picture of Christ or Mother Kali or even Kashi. All is quiet and you ring a bell to awaken the Gods. You begin by saying Om Namah Ganesha, Om Namah Laxsmi 11 times. Then you begin to watch your breath. In and out you say in your mind, then you do what ever you want. Any one can get God’s attention my son. But you dam well better know once God has an eye on you she never takes it off. This is the way you start the Puja as you light the candle put a little jasmine or musk on your wrist. This is of course not the way I do Puja which is another story. I love you my Sukha and I give those big big lips a kiss that only Ma and not Yashoda can do. Any way Shoddy is in her changes and very very cranky but not Ma!
