Namaste my M. Uma. It is time for you to go more deeper then ever before. You should breathe in and out for the count of 12 each and then retain the breath as long as you can once you attain a rhythm. Breathe in for 12 hold as long as you can, breathe out hold as long as you comfortably can and start all over. Do this at the start for about 15 minutes then every other week increase it. Then look at a picture of Ma or Baba and let us take you in. I love you. Love ma
