It is easy at the feet of the Guru, to simply say Not Now. It is when you are alone in your daily life that you must keep very aware. As you go about your day and you are not focused, just begin to watch the breath going in and out, no matter what you are doing, simply watch the breath. Then when the thoughts come you will be able to say not now, with a new conviction. I love you honey with all my heart. Love Ma Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai
