Om Ganesha, The ego does not refuse to be buried and that is why you form attachments. It refuses to die at all, never mind being buried. I have watched the greatest of yogis run in fear of their own truth. Their egos act up and says DON’T LOSE WHAT YOU HAVE, YOU NEED IT!!!!!!! The lower mind takes over and goes above the higher mind. Then you hold on to your attachments or life or what ever.
If you just hold on to the feet of the Guru, the attachments will burn on its own fire.
This is one attachment that burns all others.
I will be with you in our Christ Cave. The coldness is the heat of the ego dying. Let it go my Anjani. Don’t even give it a fighting chance. I love you. Love Ma. Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai

Namaste My Ma,
Last night I sat in the cave and asked the Christ to please teach meabout detachment. I felt a coldness in my head - a physical sensation that felt good. I am going to sit again tonight and every night and beg for detachment. I am so grateful for your teachings and for my life at your feet, and I know that it is time for me to become who I am. It feels like it is time to live fully the truths which are in our hearts. I feel a lot excitement and some fear. Knowing what we all know, why do we choose to form attachments, whether they are to other people or to our own habits and ideas? Does this have anything to do with the dying ego refusing to be buried? I am holding tight to your feet. I love you always, Anjani
