Om Ganesha, Namaste my Janaki Ma I will be home on our blessed Kashi tomorrow, early evening. I miss my Home and my Chelas.
Let me tell you about the chakras. There are no positive or negative chakras. There are only those that flow freely and those that are stuck. One can be stuck in the heart chakra and stay there for life time after life time. One can also be stuck right under the 1000 petal lotus and take life times to move out of the Brahma Randra. Yet if one begins to understand the value of conscious breathing and begin each day with a breath given by the Mother, one will have that flow. The River Flowing breath is the one to start each day off. Even before you get out of bed. I think it is time for my chelas on our Kashi and all over the world to do this and bring a newness to their lives through the breath. Here it is. You begin by breathing in as such. Simply say, Mother Ganga flow through me and breathe in for the count of 4 if that is comfortable. Hold the breath for a count of 16 and breathe out for the count of 8 and do this for ten times. This is a very common breath. It is very simple, yet if you do it and dedicate it to the Mother Ganga your whole life will change. If you are not comfortable with the counts, then breathe in 3 hold 12 and breathe out 6. In other words you always hold the breath four times longer then you initially breathe in. After a while you will be getting stronger and stronger and begin being able to hold the breath longer and longer. The monks and some of my Chelas on the Ashram should start off with 5 holding 20 and exhaling for 10. This is a very potent breath. ( it is also good to do after you eat for digestion.) Remember to dedicate it to the Mother Ganga the first thing you do in the morning. You will have more energy and be more aware Now I am asking the flowing River of my Life to open my chelas to her breath and let them feel her all day long. Try to do this once a day to start and then bring it up to three times a day. So many yoga books talk of this breath. Yet the secret is the dedication to the Mother Ganga. Remember to do deep belly breathing the way I taught you all. Breath in to the belly and blow it up like a balloon, hold the breath, then breathe out contracting the belly and then start all over. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. I am taking a lot of time explaining this breath because it is so important. This will change the Ashram. You all will be able to sit longer and be more aware. If you have any questions write in and I will answer it.
I love you all. I love you my Janaki Ma. Love Ma Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai.

Namaste Ma, Many times you have spoken about the ’lower chakras’ , the movement of Kundalini from the base of the spine upwards and bringing the energy from the lower chakras to the top of the head. I wondered about the meaning of the actual position of these on the body. Is there also a negative/positive aspect (are the lower chakras ’not as good’ as the higher chakras )? Also does the actual placement on the body have meaning? Thank you. Thank you also for the morning prayers and for the Darshan Line. I love you. Love, Janaki Ma
