Namaste my chelas.
A chela is the Gurus child. The chela should develop a child’s trust in the Guru.
She surrenders to the Guru. Her actions promote peace in the world.
Look into the eyes of your Guru. You will see a love there that surpasses all thoughts and deeds. Have faith in your Guru my chela. Be the Gurus child.
These were the words of my Baba to your Ma in August of 1973 In celebration of being with my Baba for 26 years this August 1, 1999 and in honor of my Mata Giri who has been helping with the Autobiography for all that time I tell you these exact words that my Beloved Guruji said to me. Or maybe along with honoring our Mata Giri who had better have started the cabbage soup diet by now, perhaps it is time for all of you to hear the words your self so you know how to be with your beloved as I was and am still with my own Guru.
The simple Glory of surrendering to the feet of the Guru places you all in the hands of the Gurus non karmic reality. When my Baba said these words I did not have a clue what he meant. The Guru is passed all karmas and lives in the state of grace as a human
being, subject to that which a human being is subjected to and yet it can not affect him or her at all. Sickness health, joy or sorrow are all the same. I am the Mother as well as Guruji and there for my heart always cries for my children.
The qualities of Guru are expressions of non Darma and non karma
My Baba was quite simple in His instructions to me. Surrender and know the Guru or do not surrender and know the pain of attachment. The choice was mine to make. Yet my chelas there was no choice at all. My Swami prepared me well for the Guru. I surrendered in the moment before our Baba even finished the words he was saying. I had become the Gurus child. At that moment I became spiritually shy. Yet instead of sabotaging my path or my life at His feet, I did not let this surrendering scare me. I knew His was the path of service, and He was Hanuman. He then declared that I was and always would be the Mother Kali in all Her forms as Mahavidyas.
Surrender enhances spiritual luster. Surrender sets you all free. Become the Gurus child and the grandchild of the great and wonderful Baba. Our Sacred Kashi can hold the Mother and the Father together. There is no place on earth more sacred than our Ashram. Neem Karoli Baba is the very essence of our sacred space. Swami is our heart beat and the Mother Kali is our soul.
THIS NIGHT if you live at Kashi, make a pilgrimage to all the temples, placing flowers and bowing at midnight. Anjani take care of the lion kuti and Yogini go into your temple. Shanti Mayee do the Dhunis if you are home and if you are not then someone else do the dhunis as beautiful as She does them. Here in Miami, light the candles and incense in front of the Murties and sing the chelisa once breathing deeply. The Mother is upstairs doing pujas for my chelas all over the world. The rest of you look at your Birth Paintings or River Shakti Sanchara Paintings and feel the Mother at midnight. Remember become the child of the Mother Guru this moment and feel what your Ma felt at the feet of the Guru and yes it all has to do with the eclipse which is the least of it.It is much much deeper than that. I love you all so very much This day is a good day to put in for your Birth Paintings and your Shakti Sanchara Paintings so i can begin to do the Pujas for them tonight.
Making the Ashram ready for the Mother to come home in a few weeks is a job for every one to love to do. If anyone wants to say something to the Mother about forgiveness or love write it and send it on to the Mother. I embrace you all with all my heart. This is just the beginning of a great teaching that I have prepared you all for. Let the Sanyasan take over this night in any way they see fit, that is here and in New York and in LA. I love you more than I can say.
