Om Ganesha, Morning Pujas and Prayers. Sept. 6, 1999

Namaste my chelas, Is it not time to make a commitment to your self to be kind and compassionate. When you make time for another person, it gives you a character that will attract the grace of the Mother. When the Mother sits in your heart, there is so much for you to give others. She who is giver of life to all, shall bestow upon you all you need to be in the flow of the Universal Atman. Place yourself in the hands of the Mother and feel Her whisper in your ear the Mantra that will fulfill your hearts desires.

Being quiet as you take care of others or respect others will allow you to descend into the depths of your being. The unfolding of your heart will come to you as you sit in the great stillness of the Mother’s breath.

You can improve your life if you feel the Mother’s breath on all your chakras one by one. This is a meditation in it self. This is a Tantric Meditation that will keep you mind thoughts and deeds pure. Start at the base of the spine and feel the Mother Kali breath on the first chakra. Do nothing with your own breath. Just concentrate on the breath of the Mother. Just feel her breathe like a soft caress, like a wind that comes in and out gently washing each chakra. When you have reached the Guru Chakra and you are focusing between the eye brows, then begin to feel an upward pull and this is the breath of Shiva. When you reach the top of the head right under the 1000 petaled lotus, feel the power of the Mother merging with the Father Shiva. It is a singular strong breath, stronger than the other breaths. This is because the Mother has merged with the Lord of the Dance and the breath is the togetherness.

Now you may ask, what does this have to do with service. When you take care of another human being from the place of your heart, then you are ignoring your self and your wants. The Mother can then bring you into your warm and waiting heart.

As you practice this Mother’s Breath Breath you eventually become so full and you want more and more of the Mother. In order to have more you must give away what you already have and that is why when you serve others in the Name of the Guru, Mother or who ever you believe in that you receive much more than you give away.

The gentle caress of the Mother on all your chakras, begin to go deeper and deeper. Bring your one right hand cupped and to your mouth. Keep it about two inches from your lips, then simply and gently blow into your palm. In the way of Divinity this is what you will feel deep with in the cells of your being as you meditate and do the Mother’s breath . My Swami taught me this in 1973 as I clung tight to His feet waiting for the Guru to come to me. My whole world was falling apart and yet I was very detached to it all. The Mother’s Breath became part of my being.

After a while you will feel the breath of the Mother’s lips come in and out of you on its own and this my chelas, is true Tantra. Tantra simply means to continue, to be connected from life time to life time. Tantra is the eternal religion of Hinduism. It is the complete Shakti of the Mother. What greater gift of the Mother can you have other than Her breath deep inside of you. You begin at first doing the Mother’s Breath breath perhaps two or three times in each chakra, keep the number odd in at least one chakra. After a while you will feel the caress of the Mother going all around that chakra the sides and the back and the front. You will want to take care of Her children and all of God’s children. I have spent the summer with children, these wonderful children of Neem Karoli Baba and the Guru Mother. I watched how they grew closer and closer to the Mother. They all were teens that grew up at the feet of the Mother on the Sacred Kashi Ashram. The respect for the Guru was deep and wonderful. I saw their whole beings filled with the Mother’s breath and I cried in bliss that these were my children’s children. Many will and have went off to university all bowing and pranaming to the Mother. We all will meet every August to renew the breath of the Mother in each one. They also will return to their Sacred Kashi when ever they can. Tantra is in the hearts of my children. My Ashram is the heart place of the Mother and the Lord Shiva.

Begin slowly practicing the Mother’s Breath.

The Shakti Sanchara initiation of the Mother’s Breath will begin as soon as the Mother Guru arrives home. The Mother Guru will gently blow into your right palm as you gently cup the breath into your being. It is time for this initiation. I have waited 26 years, this life time, for my chelas to be ready to feel the Mothers Breath always with in their being. Use the Mothers Breath well and for the purpose of your own spirituality and Humankind.

These are my pujas and these are my prayers.

I love you all so very much. Love Ma Jai Kashi Ki Jai Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai
