Om Ganesha Morning Pujas and Prayers from our Sacred Kashi Ashram Sept. 21, 1999

Namaste my chelas, The true state of Samadhi is a state of full consciousness. When you are fully alert there is a deep harmony between your thoughts feelings and behavior. When all is in harmony, you are able to manifest your hearts desire by being merged in the Gurus being. To feel peaceful and content in your life you must begin to be honest with your self and begin to hear your thoughts. Examine your thoughts in a very detached way.

The results of this spiritual exercise is to get to know your deeper self. This way when you are fully alert there will be no guilt in knowing you are about to become one with God.

When you go over your thoughts in your mind you are able to control the mind. Doing this type of work, will bring you closer and closer to the true you. I know that in Darshan and on this line your Ma has said to say not now to your thoughts.

This is a good thing to do when you are meditating. Yet to go deeper and deeper in your meditation you must first understand your thoughts.

Doing this you will unbound yourself from your past hurts and pains.

After a while you will understand that the self is not this physical body.

My children do you not want to know your essential nature. In the Vedanta the three bodies are mentioned. The Physical, Astral, and Causal.

These three bodies are truly not who you are. You are just using them to live your life this life. They are just coverings for your true soul.

Let your mind after you have gone over your thoughts over and over pierce all three bodies and find that place of oneness.

There is a unique type of joy that one baths in when you enter the place of the soul.

This is called the Bliss of the Mother Love which dwells deep with in your being. When you are lead away from the thought of you are the body then you are not limited any more. The profound question of who am I can be answered within your own heart.

At this moment say to yourself or if alone, out loud, I am spirit, I have always been spirit.

Many paths even the path of the Tantrika claim that you are not the body. Try this moment to feel the Great Spirit that runs through you and your Guru merge with in your heart.

You do not need to live in a state of ignorance any more thinking that you are this body.

When you understand this watch how your life begins to change.

My prayers and my Pujas go out to the Great Mother Chinnamasta who dwells here on our Blessed Kashi Ashram. I ask Mother to cut off any ignorance of the Spirit within my chelas being.

These are my Pujas and these are my Prayers.

I love you all so very much. Please know this in the deepest place of your hearts. Love Ma Jai Chinnamasta Ma Ki Jai
