Om Ganesha, Morning Pujas and Prayers November 20, 1999 Namaste my chelas, I love you all so very much,

Here on our Blessed Kashi we are getting ready to go to South Africa the day after Thanksgiving. Ma is a trustee of the Parliament of World Religions. We are also bringing the AIDS Quilt or at least many many panels. We will be going to the Townships and meeting the people.

A lot of the River School Kids will be going. They will be putting on a AIDS PLAY in front of hundreds of people from all over the world. A lot of my chelas will be going with Ma from many parts of the world.

Perhaps this Parliament will make a difference. It has to.

I will be writing more about it every day. Now here is the Morning Pujas and Prayers.

Namaste my chelas,

To be a yogi you have to hate hatred itself. Hate the negative moments in people’s lives. If you go through life hating the sickness of people who hate, and not the people themselves, then you are on a path which will eradicate all dull ignorance from peoples’ small minds.

The yoga of service, which is what we do here at Kashi, purifies the heart and unfolds spiritual development. The Mother’s child serves all the Mother’s children, and will have a clear vision of Lord Ganesh, the remover of obstacles. By hating the hate and not the person, one is transformed into divinity.

With a sincere attitude toward service, your whole being will bloom into the practice of Satyas, the practice of truthfulness. By your own life of service, you can learn the purity of your own God nature, Sattwa.

Learn to love deeply and fully; hate can be eradicated in everyone loved fully. My prayers go out to the great God Ganesha this day. I ask him to remove all obstacles in my chelas’ way, that will stop them from serving in the Mother’s name.

These are my pujas and these are my prayers. I love you, Love, Ma Jai Kali Ma
