Om Ganesha, Morning Pujas and Prayers January 5, 2000

Namaste my chelas, I love you all so very much.

Pranayama is the control of ones breathing. It is the expansion of the pranas. When you have found yourself disciplined you become detached. Detachment is not a state of non caring, it is illumination liberation and the ability to take care of others with the greatest of caring and ease. There is no selfishness in detachment. One just becomes indifferent to ones own senses. Through detachment the yogi becomes filled with God wisdom and lives in the world and yet he is not of the world.

Go to the place of the chidakasha, the heart space in and over the head.

This is what my Swami Nityananda taught me, this is what I teach my chelas.

My Swami has explained over and over that attachment to objects and persons do not let you live your life fully and clearly.

I ask the Great Swami Nityananda to teach my chelas the true value of detachment this day and to be with them on their journey through their life.

These are my Pujas and these are my Prayers. I love you all so very much
