Om Ganesha, Morning Pujas and Prayers January 15, 2000

Namaste my chelas I love you all so very much.

In Yoga Philosophy, discipline is not suppose to bring pain, discipline is to bring you a flowing spirit which we all carry within our soul. This whole world is the Mother’s Divine Creation.

If you can always think of positive things, when things go wrong, it will ease your pain. Think of the many blessings in your life that God has given you. Have the awareness that Divinity is with you and within you.

When negative thoughts do arise simply be a witness to them. Leave off the weight of negativity and come into the joy of the Mother’s Light. She is always there waiting in your heart. Waiting in your unconscious.

Acknowledge Her and the negativity will disappear. Say this moment out loud or to your self, I know you exist my Mother, I know you are here at all times.

Watch your self become calmer and calmer. I ask the Great one, the Mother Chinnamasta to let you know of Her existence. These are my Pujas and these are my Prayers.
