Namaste my chelas all over the world,
The miseries of life is not founded in truth.
Misery at times comes from the worshiping of duality.
All darkness and its roots can be dissolved by asking the Mother Kali to burn them on Her Funeral Pyre.
To take all that does not belong in your heart of love and replace it with the Brightest Light Of Human Kind and The Gods And Goddesses.
Serving others and bringing happiness to all also burns darkness of despair.
Think this moment of the majesty of the highest mountains and the roaring seas.
The white sands beneath the flaming sun and the stars and moon that speaks volumes of love.
Visualize Natures Beauty and your own TRUE SELF.
Think with your eyes closed after you drink in your Guru Mother’s Darshan Line, The unlimited Shakti of the Self.
As the mind becomes unconditioned you can perceive the world in The Oneness that truly is.
Think of a quiet frozen lake, so peaceful.
If you meditate on this lake of peace the mind will have no place to go other than to fall through the ice and disappear.
Focus between your eyebrows, see yourself seated on shore of this magnificent lake beneath the warmth of the sun.
So still the moment.
Sit like this for as long as you can watching the breath coming in and out.
Then look toward the Frozen Lake and watch it begin to melt.
As it melts all your sorrows melt in it and you are free.
Sit for a little while longer and call on the Mother Kali to heat your heart more than ever before.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to our Mother Kali.
I ask the Great Mother to always keep you calm and filled with love and peace and the great desire to serve every one.
