Each Mother’s Reminder is like an Initiation as you enter into the plane of Samadhi.

The actual period of time employed for Pranayam is different each time.

Yet you are receiving them in THE MOTHER’S TIME AND WHEN EVER YOU READ THEM- IT IS THE MOTHER’S TIME.

For instance, as you breathe in the word Ma Ma for the count of eight, Ma one, Ma two, Ma three and so forth you are bringing a strength to your internal breath that has followed you life time after life time and still is in the moment.

Now in the privacy of your own space breathe out saying out loud, BABABABABABABABA FIVE TIMES.

Say BABA out loud and the number say to your self.

The numbers become a thought that is above the breath.

The out breath BABA becomes your connection to the Divine and to your Paramaguru.

It is like the outgoing ujaya breath.

As you breathe out let the stomach muscles contract a little pushing out more breath.

Do this for about seven times.

If doing this Baba Pranayam in the morning send out the first BABA with a gentle force.

Do this all seven times.

If you are doing this at night then do it all very slowly.

Do not hold the breath, just continue to breathe Ma in and Baba out.

This Pranayama also brings energy when you are very tired.
