Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Your Ma has put great emphasis on the breath these past few years and now it is paying off.

I have watched you all change by becoming more and more aware of how you act and live and speak.

We have grown closer and closer, always hanging on to the Feet of the Guru and this too has brought you more gratitude and awareness.

The stream of awareness bursts forth in everything you do.

By watching the breath one can find deep treasures with in the Nature of the Self.

The breath is the essential energy of life.

Begin to feel the breath coming in and out.

Just by paying attention, your attitude to life can change.

The breath is the Soul Body’s path that takes you past all darkness of duality.

As you find your self becoming more calm begin to count.

Do not worry if you lose your place, just simply start again.

Do this kind of counting up till the 10th breath and then start again.

Your own awareness will tell you when you have had enough.

You will find that you will be able to go deeper and deeper as you practice more and more.

Just sit quietly letting the mind quiet down.

You will find that the mind is still counting and this is just fine.

Bring your awareness to the center of your heart.

Begin to breathe in and out of the heart deeply and fully.

Then be still and let the breath do what it may.

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed and at home in your own body.

If you are doing this at night before sleep then just lay down and say to your own heart, MY MA LOVES ME and feel the Mother’s Silent Embrace.

If you are doing this in the morning then end with deep breathes of energy saying on the out breath, MOTHER BRING ME YOUR SHAKTI ALL THIS DAY.

Do this a few times until you feel the Feminine Energy flowing through you.

And never for one second forget how much this Ma loves you.
