Namaste my chelas all over the world,
Watch how you breathe when you read your Guru Mother’s words.
Does the breath stop as you begin to understand.
Be aware of how you are breathing as you are reading.
See if you have rapid visualizations as you are holding the breath.
This is the horizontal way of the physic.
There is nothing wrong with this place, yet it is not flowing upward or flowing at all.
When you find that you are holding your breath at any time begin to breathe in deeply and fully.
This simple act of awareness will return you to normal active consciousness.
Repeat to yourself three times I AM LOVED BY MY BELOVED, I AM LOVED BY MY BELOVED, I AM LOVED BY MY BELOVED.
Drink the breath with your words.
Relax your earthly body to feel the breath enter into all your cells.
As you read know that you are reading words from your Guru Mother which is prasad of the mind and heart.
Let all the heaviness of the day begin to feel light.
This is a living meditation of the moment.
You are a living yantra and all of your movements are that of a living yantra.
Ask your self what are you thinking?
Are you understanding what you are reading.
Feel the Light of your Wisdom warm every part of your body.
Move slightly and feel the Light of Wisdom shift to encompass you even more.
This Tantric meditation is the meditation of the ACTIVE BLOOD FLOW IN THE HUMAN BODY.
See how you are breathing deeply with out thinking about it.
Find where there is any anxiety in you.
See if there is any restlessness and again say to yourself, I AM LOVED BY MY BELOVED, I AM LOVED BY MY BELOVED, I AM LOVED BY MY BELOVED.
Then think the thoughts again from a different place, a place in your Being that knows how you are loved.
When you feel the warmth in your chest then you are ready for the next step of acknowledgment.
Feel if you can feel the Goddesses that embody your Being with love.
As you read, bring forth this feeling and explore it.
Take a moment and feel this feeling.
Keep breathing.
Even as you are reading the Mother Kundalini is rising up and down between the Sacred bone and the ajna, third eye.
Now as you read let the words reach the Sacred Bone an inch beneath the first chakra.
This is voluntary awareness, awareness of the words and awareness of the breath and the awareness of your activity of receiving prasad.
Do not focus on the negatives in your life, as you are aware of your breath you can be aware and focus on the positive and the positive will break open the shell of life and one will find that they know that all of life is sacred.
This is the awareness of non duality.
Read this Darshan two more times when you have time and practice VOLUNTARY AWARENESS.
Wisdom will come on the Tantric Breath of Awareness as you read the words.
There are many different levels to practice this Awareness on.
Your own innate body breath will take you where you have to go and where you have to be.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to the Mother of the Tantric Breath.
I ask Mother to bring you to your own pure and beautiful self.
