Om Ganesha,

Evening Pujas and Prayers

Feb. 7, 2005

Namaste my chelas all over the world,

My Beloved Kashi Rudrani took Her last breath Saturday morning.

This beautiful chela of mine had such faith in Her Guru right up to the end.

I am sure my Ganga Mayee Jaya would want to share her letter with all of you and I will answer her questions.

Om Ganesha Dearest Beloved Ma,

Kashi Rudrani died this Saturday morning at 1:30 AM California time (4:30 AM Florida time). Bruce, Govinda Jaya, Naga Devi, and I just arrived to her nursing home at 11:45 PM Friday to find her unresponsive with rapid, fluid-filled, labored breathing and a rapid pulse. At one point, she opened her eyes, appeared to recognize us and cried, like she usually does, because she was happy to see us. We had already told her it was OK for her to let go. Her breathing difficulty and anxiety had increased. I said, “Just look for Ma. She is waiting for you. Go to her arms.” The very next second, her breath relaxed and the anxiety left her brow. Soon, she had three pauses and gasps in her breath, as the pulse in her neck gradually got erratic and a little weaker and slower. She breathed calmly between pauses. Govinda said, “You’re almost there. I’ll take good care of your daughter; I promise.” After her final out-breath, her pulse continued for perhaps 2 minutes, gradually slowing and getting weaker and the color drained from her face. Within just over 1 1/2 hours after we arrived and within about 5 minutes of when I told her to go to you, she was gone. What a miracle! Thank you, Ma.

Ma, I know you were there with her. Would you please tell me more about these few minutes while she was leaving? Thank you so much for keeping her alive until we were able to get there and for not letting her anxiety be prolonged.

In deepest gratitude and love, Your chela forever, Namaste'

At the end of life all the Teachings come into play.

I have taught our Kashi Rudrani for many years.

While she was Here at her Blessed Kashi and while she was away.

In her last hours she turned to the Light and became less agitated and quite at Home in the arms of Her Beloved.

I hold you and your family in my heart.

And yes I know that our Govinda Jaya will take good care of his Mom as will I.

It amazes me how much our children have learnt on our Sacred Kashi Ashram about life and death.

I am proud of our kids.

My chelas, Love never dies, it lives and breathes.

Notice how you can feel love when you breathe in and out of your heart.

There is a perception of space as you meditate on the open joy of the heart.

Entering the state of the presence works in life and also in death.

There are many beats of the heart that we all have during our life times.

It is the beat of the heart that brings us to the joy of the moment.

Remember that our eyes looks inward at love when in meditation.

You become the Essence and Presence of God and Goddess.

This then becomes the Soul Conscience of the Soul.

It is truly a simple thing.

Witness the breath and then become the breath.

One can feel the heart of the Soul this very moment.

And yes as you meditate thoughts will rise and fall like waves on the oceans.

Feel your self connecting to the Higher Power with in your Being.

Focus on the center of your chest.

Just breathe in and out and feel the aliveness.

This is the mystical secret.

Underneath all the thoughts or impressions is the joy of life and the aliveness of the moment.

I love you my chelas.

My Pujas and Prayers go out to Lord Yama The God Of Death.

Take care of all those who rest in your Arms Great God of Death.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.

Love Ma Jaya
