Om Ganesha,

Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

Feb. 15, 2005

Namaste my chelas all over the world,

These past few years as I took my chelas deeper and deeper, i noticed that their hearts were opening more and more.

Our lives together emphasizes the need to listen to your heart.

In meditation, one can almost hear the FLOWING WATERS OF MOTHER GANGA.

It is a flowing sound that spreads all around the chest and rises up to the inner ear.

This type of mediation develops divine sentiments of Spirituality for one’s Beloved.

If this word Beloved is foreign to you, then think on the beauty of nature.

The ego is always ready to release tensions in any moment of chaos in your life.

The open heart develops an open life.

An open life brings an openness toward others.

Sit and breathe in the breath to a count of nine.

Be gentle to yourself in taking in the breath.

Hold the breath for the count of 12.

Let the breath out for seven and leave it out for the count of seven.

Do this heart breath for five rounds.

Then do the same count in your third chakra. for three breathes.

Come back to your heart center and do the same breathing for five breaths.

Breathe into your throat for the same count.

for three breaths.

Then come back to your heart center and do the same count.

When you have completed the five breaths sit quietly and ask Mother to open your heart’s ears.

Listen for the flow of the Mother Ganga, going more and more inward

You will know what it is time to stop.

The Mother Herself will let you know.

This is a very intense meditation, do not do it if you have to drive.

The idea of this meditation of the heart is to be able to see the clarity of love and trust.

To listen and learn from the Self will bring you a great peace in your life.

This meditation brings a deep insight into your own heart.

One skips the place of mental tension coming from the ego.

Thus alowing this meditation to take you into the joy of intense spirituality.

My chelas you are the Eternal Limitless Self.

When you do the heart meditation know that your Ma is with you and that ego tension is disappearing.

I love you my chelas,

I am proud of you all and the way you serve.

My Pujas and Prayers go out to Lord Ganesha.

Ganapati, my Beloved, take my children out of the ego’s path of tension and bring them to the place of the Flowing Heart.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer
