Evening Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world,
I love to teach Kali Natha Yoga and watch how beautifully our Kali Natha Teachers embrace this ancient teaching.
Kali Natha Yoga is like our Baba’s Blanket, it is always there to protect you and love you and keep you flowing with the Mother’s Love.
It shows your heart to always look toward the Goddess.
It shows you through movement and stillness the joy of being a mystic.
Kali Natha Yoga lets in the Spiritual Vibrations of the Mother’s Love.
When you express anger or hatred or any negative actions, Kali Natha Yoga takes you out of these little spaces.
It then opens you to become a Divine Force to help others.
There is no greater pleasure or blessings than to have the Guru teach you the beauty of A Teaching that brings one into the mystical states of loving Goddess and Guru.
There is such a joy known only to the Lovers of the Goddess.
She wants desperately for Her children to come Home to Her Heart.
There are many keys and connecting karmas of the sacred spaces.
One is your ability to create a feeling of love.
The open heart loosen the ropes that tie one to the Cubby Holes.
It is the Goddess Kali Herself who guides you through your spiritual evolution.
You become She and She becomes you as you go back into Her Being.
When you identify with your perishable body only, is to live less than one eight of your Being.
When you sit allow your breath to slow down and begin to breathe gently the Feminine in Breath.
Hold the breath for a little while and then breathe out the Masculine Breath into your cupped hands.
Let the breath become normal as you place your hands over your spiritual heart, the left hand over the right.
Breathe deeply in and out for about seven breathes, then breathe in the Feminine Breath deeply and this time hold the breath for the count of 11.
Cup your hands and breathe into to them slowly for about 11 counts, this is the masculine breath.
Again place the hands over the spiritual heart, left one first and let the breath become normal.
Be in the presence of the masculine and feminine breath.
This is like being in the process of life with awareness.
This breath will also open your intuition to its own spiritual flow.
To the left and the right of the Sushumna are the two major nadis the ida and pingala.
The moon and the sun.
By doing this breath you will learn to welcome the moon and sun into your life in a more fuller way than ever before.
Keep doing the breath for about 20 minutes and let your Ma know how you did.
This is a very powerful breath and brings your awareness to the heat and coolness within your being and how to control both eventually.
