Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers
June 9, 2005
Namaste my chelas all over the world,
Every thing around us brings a reaction.
It is when the mind is calm that the reaction is calm also.
When the mind is in a chaotic condition then the mind becomes chaotic.
Yet it is the Spiritual heart that can control the space of non reactions.
Think of a great round full moon stretching across your chest and back.
The color of the moon spreading upward like rays of sunshine.
Its beauty cools the angry heart.
Take a few deep breaths and feel the moon dancing in your heart.
Then the moon itself centers in the heart and brings you to the place of all the Mother’s of the Moon.
They all act like the protectors of the Seekers Soul.
When you listen to your heart, reactions do not come, just the moment.
Turning to your heart one can give grief and sadness a place and not a dominant force.
For it is the Mother’s who carry the Force of Kundalini from the moon itself and drips into the center of the skull.
During the seekers life there comes a time when there is only darkness.
The Blood Moon radiates and calls the one who is filled with grief to come to the Mothers of the Moon.
They only ask you JUST TO BE and to find the space where you can find your inner beauty to light up your life.
The radiance of your inner spark can lead you out of any of the Dark Spaces.
This radiance slips into each and every cell of your Being and is a Divine Gift from the Mother’s of the Moon.
The greatest calling of the Guru Mother is to serve Her chelas and have Her chelas serve others.
The Light of the Moon fills your heart and lungs and it sends a gentle shakti yo your Soul.
Take a few deep breaths as you read these words and feel the grief and sadness disappear.
The feeling is like a cherish friend.
The longing for God and Goddess surfaces when there is pain or suffering.
Every one of the Goddesses has a Divine Blue Print to your deepest heart.
Visualize the Light of the Mother’s glow in your heart.
To even think this way is a freedom.
This will bring you the courage of who you are.
As you breathe in and out of the heart if fills with all the properties of love and compasion.
With all my years working with my chelas, I have seen such growth in those who walk upon the SHORES OF KASHI.
This past weekend brought such exhilaration and excitement.
I watched my chelas from all over the world live the life that they were born to live.
The desire to become close to their Guru Mother never was extinguished.
Take deep breathes in and out of the heart and release the tension which you some times hold right behind the heart chakra.
When one is hurt they cover the pain with a hardness.
It is the breath that melts the crust around the heart.
From the heart chakra feel a star rising to the throat and to the the third eye and to the top of the head.
Breathe in and out the top of the head and let the breath take you out of the shell of your body and into the Soul Body.
The Light of the Breath penetrates your skull and the top of the head is wide open to let the Gods and Goddesses greet you with such love and samadhi.
As you visualize this meditation you can actually can find the head becomes like a ripe mango and becomes filled with bliss as you leave the Brahma Randra.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to our Beloved Gopala.
I ask Gopala to bring to all my chelas the beauty of listening to the flute.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
