Evening Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world,

Place in front of you a picture or object that has deep meaning to you.

The deeper meaning the picture or murtie or object has for you the deeper you will go.

The object of your meditation is your key out of any kind of darkness.

Light a candle incense, and place a flower before the picture.

It might be difficult at first to keep focused.

Slowly bring your mind back to the object of your focus.

In other words, take a picture of Mother Kali.

Place Her on your altar.

Ask Her to take your lower mind and bring you to the Higher Self.

Feel the love coming from Her whole Being.

The ego will use any of the Karmic Spaces to pull out of the Arms of the Mother.

Begin to chant Om as loudly as you can in your mind.

As you breathe in and out of your nose, feel the sound of Om take over your whole body.

Doing this for 10 minutes can lift depression and bring one to an open heart.

Chanting Om to yourself can also get anger under control.

Often one can experience a certain joy or bliss as the breath comes in and out with the sound of OM on the breath in the mind.

After a few days of this meditation one will start to recognize deeper manifestations of their heart come up

A deep sense of calm comes over you.

Unconscious mental disturbances at first may come up.

Just keep chanting OM and you will reach the calm.

This meditation also prepares you to be in the Presence of the Guru.

After meditating on the picture or murtie and chanting Om just sit quietly and concentrate on your heart.

Continue this concentration as long as you are comfortable.

This meditation done daily can also bring you highly developed power of awareness due to the Shakti of the Mother in the moment.

This happens because you are focusing and not letting your mind stray all over the place.

After a while all this will come natural and you will look forward to sitting.

After this meditation, breathe deeply and fully and start your day or even before you retire.

Notice how your whole body relaxes.

My chelas, there is nothing in the world like meditation.
