Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers
July 24, 2005
Namaste my chelas all over the world,
The top of the head represents the crown chakra which is the way the Yogi breathes in and out nourishing the Yogi or Yogini like nothing else.
One needs to be detached to constantly be in this place, this center where ones perception is fine tuned.
The 7th chakra is fine tuned and one can not have judgment of themselves or others.
When this center is open one receives Universal Energy Of the Mother.
This Shakti guides us all on our paths and allows our lives to unfold naturally and fruitfully.
The different stages of Kali Natha Yoga takes one slowly through movement and puja to the Universal Soul.
The Guru can provide Divine guidance needed to bring the chela safely along to the goal of fulfillment.
The Guru understands that the chela can not contemplate what the Guru is feeling in Samadhi.
The experience is not known to them.
So the Guru slowly brings the chela into this space and teaches them how to be one with the Mother.
Once one has touched this Space they see everything in a new light of the Mother Goddess.
In Yoga Nidra the Yogi is in Divine Sleep.
Yet they are still very aware.
It is a deep state of awareness.
When one prepares for sleep in the night one should ask Mother Kali to take them to Her Heart.
In asking this one’s mind is fixed on the Mother and the senses withdraw from tension and stress.
One’s attitude begins to change and when morning comes so does the Mother awake with in and stays with one all day long.
Feel the breath going in and out of your chest, your spiritual heart.
Look with in your chest and become aware of the brightest of Lights.
This is the Golden Light of Smashan Mother in the center of the brain.
At first the Light is very small.
As you become more and more aware of your Spiritual Heart, the Golden Light becomes bigger and bigger.
Keep breathing in and out of the heart.
As you breathe in notice the Golden Light expanding.
As you breathe out notice how the Golden Light contracts and the breath carries the Golden Light out to the Universe.
Yet there is always Light left in the center of the chest.
Breathe in again and do the same thing for about 15 minutes or as long as you are in the comfort zone.
Then stay still for a little while and enjoy meditation.
Again and again as you meditate each day more and more of the Light of the Mother stays with in.
You will begin to feel that the Mother is the Form of the Golden Light.
Over the next month I will be giving you different meditations.
You can choose which one you are the most comfortable with.
Many of you have asked for this and it is my pleasure to teach you.
During your day you will feel a sense of action especially if you attend Kali Natha Yoga classes.
Movement of Pujas and Prayers leave you refresh and prepares you for deeper learning.
Use this Darshan Line Well.
Use it as Prasad of the Mother as the Mother intended for you to use it in Her Moment.
Then you are breathing in the same breath and breathing out the same breath.
This is how your Mother Guru was taught and how I teach you from my heart of hearts.
During your day ride your breath back to Kashi and know that your Mother Guru is doing the same.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
Love Ma
