Om Ganesha,
Morning Pujas and Prayers
August 16, 2005
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
One of the most important persons you should have compassion for is for yourself.
If you only have compassion for others and not yourself then you have uncontrolled compassion which leads to unnecessary pain.
If you are the only person that others turn to when they are in grief and pain then you allow their pain to become yours.
When people love to take the pain of others ( or at least they think they do ) they won’t have the support that they need.
So my chelas, one has to heal or at least begin to heal one’s self and then reach out to help others as you are healing.
This is an ability that you cultivate throughout practice of meditation.
When you give of your heart, you need to have a full heart in order for others to feel your compassion.
When you sit tonight, ( it is best to do this meditation at night before you go to bed ) close your eyes and feel how much you are loved by your Mother Guru.
Picture yourself in a circle of protection and glimpse with your eyes closed a moment of oneness.
Allow all the veils to lift that hides your Beloved from your heart.
The Beauty of your Beloved is not invisible yet it is hard to see with your eyes open.
So close your eyes and feel your Beloved,
One can not be blinded by the Light Of The Mother Goddess.
Look toward your third eye and take five completed breathes in and out of your third eye.
With practice of this meditation you will build a well of consciousness that allows you to become close to the Mother.
The experience of the Beautiful Oneness comes to you as you breathe in and out slowly.
Bring your awareness to your Spiritual heart and feel the breath begin to disappear.
Do not try to control the breath let it awaken and disappear by itself.
This meditation awakens you to other levels of consciousness that will stay with you as you fall into sleep.
Continue to experience the mystical nothingness that is so close to the mystic’s heart.
In this meditation you are living and walking and dying with God and Goddess.
Now begin to bring awareness once again to the third eye.
Breathe in for the count of 9 and hold for the count of 7 and let out the breath for the count of nine and hold out for the count of seven.
Write these numbers down so you can refer to it as you sit.
Do this for about 11 minutes then make ready for bed and sleep.
You will find that your whole being will continue to meditate as you sleep in the arms of the Mother.
Yet you will not feel afraid, only protected.
When you wake in the morning sit for another 5 minutes just simply watching your breath.
All day long be aware of your life and live it fully.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer
I love you all so very much.
Love Ma
