Morning Pujas and Prayers
Namaste my chelas all over the world,
Stop to think for a moment and ask yourself what is it that you do to seek happiness.
How do you want to spend your time to find joy.
Now think about the moment of death.
Think how death to the human heart is permanent.
The traveler throughout life and death has used up this body of flesh for this life.
Then with this thought and insight see what you would do to find happiness.
How small our wants seem compared to our deaths.
Yet the moment of being there when one is dying can be such a joy for the one leaving this life for a greater treasure.
Between birth and death there is the value of life.
When you think of death then life can be lived so fully.
The reason for so much unhappiness is the avoidance of speaking of death.
The ego brings only thoughts of decay when one thinks of death.
The Guru Mother brings thoughts of life, when Her chelas think on death.
When life brings about grief or pain so many find themselves in different Karmic Spaces.
The Cubby Holes fill up with hatred, jealousy, anxiety, stress and pride.
This comes in so many cases from the fear of dying alone.
It is through meditation that one can find lasting happiness.
When the breath quiets then our lives quiet down allowing us to enjoy each moment closer to the Divine Mother.
I ask you all when you sit to sit with courage on your mind.
The courage to face anything that comes your way.
Not just the things that hurt you, but the things that hurt others also.
When you sit in a courage meditation you bring strength of awareness.
This is the first step to being courageous.
Close your eyes and say the words to yourself MY MOTHER GURU BRINGS ME STRENGTH TO LIVE AND LOVE IN THE WORLD WHILE ALWAYS AT THE FEET OF THE PARAMAGURU.
Memorize these words and say them in meditation on the in and out breath and during your day as you live your life.
Forget all your sorrows and worries and become conscious of how you feel when you say those words.
After five minutes of thinking these words, begin to breathe deeper and deeper.
Just let the breath do what it wants to do.
This will also take five minutes.
Now on each in breath say the word AHIMSA OVER AND OVER UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE BREATH, HOLD THE BREATH OUT AND SAY AHIMSA OVER AND OVER UNTIL YOU CAN NOT HOLD IT OUT ANY MORE THEN BREATHE IN THE WORD FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN, SAYING AHIMSA OVER AND OVER.
For it is only through non violence that one can become courageous.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to Mother Smashan Kali, THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR GODDESS.
I ask Mother to protect all my chelas and to bring peace all over the world to all peoples.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
I miss my Mother Ashram with every breath.
I miss my chelas with every heart beat.
I will be coming Home soon and then our year begins.
My Beloved Kimti Jaya Bhagavati, I hold you so close to my heart.
You will be Home soon.
