Namaste my chelas all over the world,
All the memories that one accumulates through life time after time and space after space come into the moment of the now.
By being attentive to your breath, you will find it easier to be living in the moment.
Living is not just existing.
Taking upon your self your own destiny brings you to a space of never reacting in a muddy mist of feelings that gives voice to anger or any of the dark spaces that you find yourself caught in.
By breathing in and out of your heart center you will find that you have the ability of softening and melting your sacred heart.
Picture yourself sitting in front of your Beloved surrounded by His or Her Holy Aura.
See how this feels to you.
Do not let the image go as you breathe in and out paying attention to the rich deepness of awareness.
Feel yourself entering your Beloved’s Aura and becoming part of the joy of it.
Give thanks for your Beloved’s help to awakening your consciousness.
Sit and breathe deeply for 11 minutes.
Before you are ready to sit up and continue your life notice how you feel.
Write down your thoughts in your journal.
Do this meditation for 11 days and see the change in yourself for the better.
This will also prepare you for the depth of being that your Guru Mother will take you.
I call on our LADY OF GUADALUPE who now has a permanent mandir on our Sacred Kashi.
She is alive and filled with such a deep and wonderful light.
I ask our Lady of Guadalupe to bless my chelas and all the peoples of the world.
To take care of those who were hit by this devastating hurricane and to keep them all in Her Glowing Heart.
