Om Ganesha,
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers
Sept. 21, 2005
Namaste my chelas all over the world,
To meditate is to understand your own heart.
This is a rare and Precious gift that you give yourself.
Most people go around and around in their minds, always procrastinating or doing nothing.
Opportunities pass and prana is wasted.
When you next sit take five breathes in and out.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Visualize your heart opening and opening.
Do not limit your own vision.
Feel the Shakti of Mother Goddess creating in you the limitless notion of understanding all things.
Feel how it is to not have any limited area in your Being or any of your chakras.
Surrender to the Shakti of the Mother as it extends to all walks of your life.
Keep breathing in and out and gently bring your self to a place of accepting your self.
When you do this simple spiritual exercise you open your connection to the Cosmic Mother.
This is a living breathing process where one can visualize accomplishing any thing and all things.
Once you feel that your heart has no boundaries, all your dreams can be fulfilled.
In your minds eye see yourself in the Mother and the Mother in you.
Meditation will help you to envision all that is needed in your life to live at the Feet Of Paramaguru and Guru.
When thoughts of rejection or boredom come in just try to ignore them.
The Mother Smashan wants desperately for all of you to break boundaries of the past and start living in the Now with the Mother’s Heart always beating with in your own.
Be willing to change your heart’s perception towards yourself.
Expand, breathe and expand.
You are the Mother’s child.
Know this always.
Make room in your heart for yourself and for others.
My chelas be filled with new energy to live your life on our Sacred Kashi.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to Mother Smashan.
I ask Mother to plant the seeds of Shakti in all your hearts.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
Know this love always.
Love Ma
