Evening Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the World,

May you all feel the love from your Guru Mother to Her chelas.

There is so much Light in the world when one has the eyes to see.

In the middle of the brow in meditation one can see the bridge that we can cross over to this world of light.

We can access this spiritual world throughout the calmness of mind in meditation.

Some times when you look toward your third eye you can see the Light of your Paramaguru and Gurus hearts.

To sit quietly in a special place is to be in harmony with the Universe.

It is a state of harmonious stillness.

Yet you do not have to be sitting to feel this kind of stillness.

Once you teach your mind to be calm all mystery of meditation melts away.

Sometimes when you hear a beautiful peace of music your mind can be emptied of all thoughts, this is stillness while living in the world.

There is no wisdom like the wisdom in the silent peaceful heart.

Meditation must be practiced in order to feel this.

The Kali Natha Yogi controls and calms the mind with the awareness of the breath.

They overcome the senses by keeping them silently away from the Karmic Spaces.

When one finds the mind falling into darkness of the Cubby Holes it is the ego that reduces the effect of the Higher Mind.

The Higher Mind brings and essential awareness of eternity and infinity.

Meditation brings the courage to stop fearing death.

When you next sit, focus on your third eye and know that you are in the abode of Liberation which is imperishable and changeless.

Between the eye brows see the Form of the Mother that you are the most comfortable.

Still looking at your third eye feel the Mother becoming closer and closer to you than ever before.

Ask Her to take from you any limited conditions that you seem to have or that your involved in.

Reflect on the Teachings of your Mother Guru.

Ask the Mother to free you from all duality’s.

Know that Mother can always be seen in the third eye.

When you are grateful for all that you have in your life, the Mother’s Form is clearer and clearer.

Keeping the eyes closed and focused between the brows breathe deeply in and out of the third eye.

After 11 breathes, lower your focus to the center of your chest.

Breath five full breaths into the center of your chest and then let the breath relax.

You will find that this simple meditation will bring to you a calmness each and every time you do it.

The Spirit of Time is yours in meditation and whispers its prayers during your life.

The Fire of Life can be felt in meditation and also is able to seep into your every day life.

Have faith in your own ability to prosper in your meditations.

Even though ones own karma continues to follow him every life time, meditation and good works can slow them down and can sometimes melt Karma into the Ocean of Life.

I ask Mother to take all your fears from your hearts and to bring you all courage to live your life as fully as possible.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
