When you fall in love with your Beloved, you find that your Beloved has always been in love with you.
The difference is that your Beloved’s Love is unconditional.
The eyes of your Beloved are always looking toward the chela.
The Spiritual Vision of Bliss can be seen in the devotee’s eyes.
This love is a conscious love.
One becomes overflowing with the glow of love which presses you deeper into yourself and out toward others.
Being nourished by the Gods and Goddesses is like living in Shiva Loka.
Each new stage becomes exciting at the Feet Of The Guru.
Each time I think of our Baba (which is always ) I think of Him as a solid mountain which I am attached to by bands of steel.
Through His Love which is beyond human imagination, I find it easy to teach His Teaching and am able to bring to others His Deep Compassion.
All of you have with in the you the Majestic Tree of Spirituality.
A tree whose branches envelop all who live on Mother Earth.
The Guru’s love blooms in all of your hearts.
Kashi is the Abode of the Paramaguru and Guru Mother.
She is the smile of nature.
She is the soft whispers of the Shadow Gods and Goddesses.
Kashi is the song of the Divine.
It is She who keeps the heart free.
And when darkness comes, it is Kashi Mother who brings the Light of Life.
She is our Paradise on Earth.
It is She who brings out the qualities of love in all my chelas.
Sit quietly and feel that you yourself are the object of all your searching.
Breathe slowly in for the count of 7.
Hold for the count of 7.
Breathe out for the count of 7.
Hold out for the count of 7.
Do this for 11 full breaths.
Each out breath know that you are the Light of the Guru Mother.
Each in breath know that you are the Light of the Guru Baba.
After your 11 breaths sit quality and feel filled with a great light.
Ask in the deep part of your Being to know your Essential Self.
Each time you do this spiritual exercise you will go deeper and deeper.
This type of pranayama helps you to lift yourself by yourself.
Your own Light will unravel.
