Morning Pujas and Prayers from our Sacred Kashi Ashram
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
As I type this Sacred Darshan Line I can hear my children welcoming the dawn with the Intensive Fire Puja to welcome the Mother’s Light.
I just rang the bells as I do each morning when I finish my own pujas.
To see my children Here from all over the world is such a moment of love for your Mother Guru.
The Intensive is deep and silent and filled with the Essence of the Self.
I have never seen my chela’s so silent.
The Intensive has gone deeper than I ever thought possible and we have yet to finish our Durga Puja.
It is such a great and exciting time of the year.
With all the natural and man made disasters in the world, my chelas and I need to be together on our Mother’s Sacred Soil praying for the world and for the Mother’s Compassion to spread.
GRACIOUS CITY HOLY WOMB, SACRED KASHI, BABA’S HOME.
What does this poem of our Lineage mean?
When all come to gather before the Guru Mother the Guru Mother’s Mother welcomes you with such a graciousness that at the once the heart open’s wide.
Sacredness is a woman and Her Name is Kashi.
And of course it is our Baba’s Home.
GANGA FLOWS THROUGH HEARTS AND SOULS.
One can feel the Ganga flowing the instant you come Home and your Soul remembers to remember
SHIVA REIGNS ALL THROUGH TIME
KALI DANCES THROUGH THE FLAME.
KASHI BLESSES TROUGH HER HOLY NAME.
The interfaith joy of Mother Kashi’s Teaching is the Essence of Lord Shiva who reigns all though time.
Kali is dancing right now and of course the second you say Kashi, you are blessed.
SACRED KALI NATHA YOGA TAUGHT ON DIVINE SOIL.
KALI NATHA YOGIS HEAR THE MOTHER’S CALL.
CHANTING OM, THE BODY MOVES IN YOGIC DELIGHT, DANCING THROUGH THE FULL MOON NIGHT.
Because this poem is a living breathing prayer, I have added on Kali Natha Yoga for I had written these words in living time and we have not began our journey in the Kali Natha Lineage with the exact title of who we are, NOW WE ARE READY.
GRACIOUS CITY, HOLY WOMB, SACRED KASHI, BABA’S HOME.
MANIKARNI DEVI WATCHES OVER HER DEAD
MOTHER TARA TAKES HER SOULS ACROSS.
ALL ARE BLESSED AND NONE ARE LOST.
STANU SHINES SHIVA’S HOLY LIGHT.
SHIVA’S FIRST LINGA RESTS IN THE YONI OF KASHI.
BREATHE CHELA AND FEEL HIS MIGHT.
It is said that the Light of lord Shiva the first light of lord Shiva is the first and last form of the Lingam and goes right through the center of Kashi.
All during this Intensive one could feel the Light and dance in the Light and become this Light.
The poem and words of our Lineage goes on and on.
In it self it is a prayer and pujas to the Mother Kashi.
After thirty years it still amazes me how much I love to teach and share the Interfaith Teachings of our Neem Karoli Baba.
Such joy in sharing our different beliefs.
May there always be a sharing of love and acceptance Here and all over the world.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
My chelas, you who have made Kashi great and have loved every blade of grass, I bow to you and touch your feet.
You have made a place for your Mother Guru to worship Her Baba for the past thirty years and for the rest of my life.
You have given an opportunity for others to build on Kashi and become part of our Interfaith Community.
There is nothing like our Kashi any place on Earth and in the Heavens.
