Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers
The mystic is a deep part of our selves that enjoys all of life and takes happiness with each breath.
Yet this mystic is open and vulnerable and it is only by her love of the Goddess and God that when grief comes into her being, she turns to the sweetness of love and humanity.
To feel the mystical side of your self is to be able to be touched.
Happiness or sorrow, the ability to feel is the ability to know that you are alive.
One can be light in life or find themselves stuck in dark places and heavy of heart.
The mystic loves to share her treasures and her delight of God and Goddess.
You are all mystics.
To give up protection of the heart is to fully live in the Arms of the Mother.
Under the influence of tamas one develops attachment towards various states of the Karmic Spaces.
When you get angry and seek revenge you constantly think of people who are threatening your way of life and concentrate of thinking about this all the time instead of living in the moment.
When you live out of the moment you are overpowered by past impressions of attachment and fear.
When the mind comes under the influence of the Tamas Gunas then there is a lack of faith in yourself and in your ability to feel your spirituality.
This space of anger can shorten ones life.
The breath is used up for no reason at all.
Yet when there is awareness of the breath when one sees the foolishness of the Karmic Space of anger.
The arrows of sharp words sting deeply not only the one on the receiving end, but the one who is shooting the arrows.
These arrows can not be easily removed.
The great bow is becoming the lover of God and Goddess.
Every one seems to struggle daily.
Its almost as if the Mother shakes you up when you think you have the answers to every thing on earth and in the heavens.
Go with the flow of the Mother’s hands and give thanks for the wake up call.
Be courageous in your love for your Mother Goddess.
And yet at the same time know that you are Her child.
One can take pilgrimages in their mind and heart as they take refuge in the Divine Mother.
Breathe deeply my chelas and feel the PLACE OF KASHI IN YOUR HEART.
Feel your relationship with the Divine Mother when you hold your breath.
Then let the breath out slowly keeping the Mother’s Essence in your heart.
Breathe in again very slowly for the count of 9.
Hold the breath for the count of 9.
Let out the breath for the count of 9.
Contract the abdomen and breath out three more counts.
Hold the breath out for the count of four.
Then start over again.
Do this for 11 breaths.
Make sure you have time enough to complete the entire Mother Pranayam.
When you are done, notice how quiet and peaceful you are.
Also notice that when you are doing this Mother Pranayam you do not think negative thoughts, simply because you are counting.
As you notice the quiet and peacefulness feel the ego trying to send thoughts your way.
If this happens then just chant the Om inside of you on the in and out breath.
This is a very powerful meditation.
Do not fight with negativity.
Just go with the flow of the Mother’s Heart.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to Mother Gori.
My Mother open my chelas so they can feel the beauty of their hearts at all times.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
