Om Ganesha,

Evening Pujas and Prayers.

December 21, 2005

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

To a person of faith or spirituality or both God and Goddess is a friend, beloved mother and father.

Guru’s heart is filled with all of this.

Especially for his or her chelas.

When the beauty of your Beloved enters your conscious mind your inward life becomes full to capacity.

When your conscious heart sees the Beloved in all of your Being then you live in the Ocean of the Mother and all who you meet sees and feels this.

Nothing in the world can distract the devotee from the love of his beloved.

This moment feel the presence of your Beloved fill your being.

Feel how the Mother supports you in every thing you do that is good and never leaves you what ever you do.

Surrendering to the inner Guru, the senses of the ego gives up and you find yourself in a different place of mind body and Soul.

This all happens with repeated practice and self effort.

When you allow your mind to wander with worldly impressions as its guide you do not live in the moment.

As you sit and feel the Divine Presence of your Beloved, concentrate on the warmth in the core of your heart.

This space is deeper and spread out more than the way one visions the heart chakra.

Breathe in and out of this space and feel it spread all around your back to the front.

Never lose the depth or your core.

If you find yourself wandering just breathe extra deep with a wonderful warm breath.

Yes each time you think of your Beloved the breath becomes warmer and warmer.

This is the sweetness one tastes in the whole of their being of unbounded bliss and Divine love.

Keep breathing and feel a light enter into the core of your heart.

Keeping the eyes closed visualize the light spread to your first chakra through the breath.

In other words breathe in this Divine Light into your heart and out of your first chakra.

Breathe in the Light into your first chakra and out of the second.

Breathe in the third chakra and breathe out the fourth.

Breathe in the fifth chakra and breathe out the third eye.

At this time breathe into the third eye and breathe out the top of your head for 11 times.

After your 11 breaths breathe in and out over the head for five minutes or more.

Then just follow your breath.

Notice how calm you have become.

Being a witness to your own breath eases the tension out of your bodies.

Practice this spiritual exercise when you have time to sit.

It is good to practice when you are tense or stressed.

The Mother will always be with you.

You are ascending the ladder of spirituality when doing this breath.

My Pujas and Prayers go out to Mother Laxmi.

My Mother please be generous to all of my chelas and all peoples of the world.

Hold tight to your heart those who have grief and pain at this time of the year.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.

I love you all so very much.

Love Ma
