Thoughts, positive or negative are related to the very air you breathe.

To keep thinking negative thoughts one begins to feel a disturbance in one’s body.

Light your heart with positive thoughts and this will fill you with abundant vitality.

Regrets has no place in spirituality.

Yet learning from one’s mistakes certainly takes up a space that is pure and leaves a lasting impression on one’s Soul.

Learning the way of positive thinking has one always keeping the heart flowing in all the possibilities of life.

Practicing meditation on one’s Self is to receive a calmness that stays with you.

Remain detached when a negative thought comes in.

Do not create tension by fighting the negativity.

Be the witness to any dark clouds which comes upon you.

Repeat your Mantra and do selfless service, this will elevate your heart thoughts.

This very moment feel the running sparkling waters of the Mother Ganga cascading down upon you.

Feel Her bubbling joyousness, Her Shakti, fill you as you sit quietly.

The Mother brings you Her unique charm and beauty to every thing you attempt to do.

My chelas envision the joys of The Self.

The Mother Ganga’s Great Secret of life is that none of Her children need to remain confined to the narrow limits of the smaller mind.

I as your Guru Mother ask you all what can I do to make you feel gratitude every moment of your life.

This is my question to all of you.

For you see, it is gratitude that brings one to the Shores of Mother Ganga.

My Pujas and Prayers go out to our Divine Mother Ganga.
