Morning Pujas and Prayers
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
In the early dawn focus on the Muladhara Chakra, ( the base of the spine ) and feel all of Mother Earth and all the gifts She holds for you.
Breathe in and out of the first chakra until you feel the Earth’s Warmth surround the base of the spine.
As you visualize the Sun Rising, feel the warmth enter into the the second chakra.
Allow the warmth to spread all around to the back and back again to the front of your second chakra.
Feel the Flames of the Sun warm the Solar Plexus and breathe in and out of the third chakra five times warming your whole being.
Then feel the warm prana of the Solar Plexus enter your heart and breathe in and out 11 warm breaths.
The warmth rises to the throat chakra, feel the sun warm your throat chakra.
Breathe in and out for five times.
Feel the warmth rise to the third eye and breathe in and out of the third eye 11 times.
Rest in the third eye by witnessing the pulsation in the third eye as you gently watch the warm breath.
Do this for a few minutes.
Then take a deep breath into the third eye and out of the top of the head.
Do this Warm Sun Breathing for 11 breaths.
Then just sit quietly and enjoy the silence of the early dawn.
When ever you have time to do this breath feel the joy of Kashi Dawn enter into you.
It does not matter what time you do it, just feel Kashi Dawn inside of you.
When you reach the top of the head and after the Sun Warming Breath enter into your heart and sit for a few minutes.
This Sun Breath will bring you the health of the Sun no matter what time you do it.
One can also feel the Divine Warmth of the Universal Mother and Her Sister Mother Usha.
She is the Mother of Dawn and watches over all of us as we live our lives.
I call out to the Mother Usha and give thanks for each and every one of my chela’s lives.
My Pujas and Prayers are that all my chelas enjoy the dawn of day every day and serve in the Mother’s Name.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
