Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers
January 11, 2006
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
During your day try to keep the Universal Mother in your heart.
Do not allow yourself to fill with inertia.
If you do not know what course of action to take sit for a moment and make every effort to not procrastinate.
Try to resolve all situations by being in your heart and putting one foot in front of the other.
Transformation comes slowly and truly when you sit every day and watch the breath.
You become awakened and compassionate.
The mind becomes aware of a higher genuine intelligence which has its roots in Tantra.
Tantra is about continuous spirit that follows you life time after life time.
Watching your mind every day for five to ten minutes you will begin to develop an inner awareness that will become part of your life.
Your need for a fuller spiritual existence brings you to meditation with a human longing for a state of bliss in God and Goddess.
Kashi fulfills a deep level of love and compassion.
She helps you to find that space that you have looked for all your lives.
To understand this tradition is to understand the deep need to serve and love the Universal Mother.
Kali Natha Yoga takes you further into yourself.
One can find deep awakenings with in.
Meditation begins with concentration.
One focuses on one idea or picture or murtie.
This is so the mind begins to quiet and becomes more and more still.
When you sit try to maintain a serene state of mind no matter how the monkey mind jumps around your heart stay opened.
There are no roots in thoughts.
Just let them go.
Your basic state of being is clear and awake.
It is time not to spend your life asleep but to look deeply into your essential nature.
When I looked around me in our EARLY DAWN DARSHAN, I saw so much commitment and love.
In the early hours of our day, I thought how so many have been with the Guru Mother for 31 years and how the love just got stronger and fuller.
This year we will be celebrating our THIRTIETH YEAR OF LIVING ON OUR SACRED KASHI.
As I taught Kali Natha Yoga later on, I saw such a glow on my chela’s faces and hearts.
There is nothing like the direct experience of doing Kali Natha Yoga with a living Guru.
I watched as my chelas drank from the Ganga as they moved their bodies in tune with the vibration of Kashi.
Regular practice of this Sacred Yoga brings one a heart filled with joy.
It also brings out your intuitive natures.
To develop your inner sources and direct experiences in the spirit body, there becomes a feeling of fulfillment.
My chelas, my Pujas and Prayers are that you all live in your hearts and to bring others to their hearts.
I ask this Prayer of our Mother Tara, THE DIVINE MOTHER OF COMPASSION.
I ask that all my chelas learn how to approach the Mother Tara through the heart of consciousness.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
Love Ma
