Evening Pujas and Prayers
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Even before the thoughts of life existed there was the Divine Mother.
Her Name comes naturally to the lips of those who seek Her.
The Mother Shakti is all that is and that which is not.
Life would have no expression with out the Divinity of the Divine Mother.
When one does not understand the Beauty of Mother Kali She can be terrifying.
Yet with understanding She is all compassion and love.
This morning teaching our Kali Natha Yoga in Kuti Darshan one could feel the winds of excitement touch all of our hearts.
Tomorrow is the Grand opening of our Kashi School Of Yoga.
I know with all that I am that I can trust our Yoga into the capable hands of my chelas.
Today we did Puja to Lord Vayu Father Of Hanuman.
It was a hard and yet flowing asana.
All tension is released.
One could feel their own potential Shakti and the Shakti of the now.
Mother Shakti is the center of all paths and religions.
The sharing of oneself with others brings smiles to the Mother’s Heart.
When you give a flower to a stranger you are giving the flower to the altar of the Universal Mother.
The knower of the Mother’s Heart abides in the vision of non duality.
The yogi delights in thoughts of the Mother.
In the Upanishads it is said that Om is a symbol for God and Goddess or the Absolute Self.
In Kali Natha Yoga we use the Om sound as part of our asana.
The excellence of this sound shows in the heart of one who is chanting Om.
It is Lord Krishna who proclaims in the Gita, I AM THE SYLLABLE OM AMONG ALL VEDAS.
Om is the Mother of all Mantras.
Every mantra begins with Om.
When Om is said out loud even the Gods and Goddesses listen to the one who is chanting.
Sit still and say the sound Om inside of your head as you breathe in and out.
Do this for five minutes before you meditate and you will be able to see immediately the change in your Being.
For your Ma, your Baba is my Om, my every thing.
I love you my chelas with all my heart.
My Pujas and Prayers are that you know of this love always and forever.
