Om Ganesha,

Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

When anger takes over your whole being try to maintain a calm and serene disposition.

One does this by knowing that you are always in the Gardens of the Mother’s Heart.

Every human being is dependent upon Karmic Law that operates under cause and effect.

Every one is responsible for the light and dark Karmas in your lives.

I have often told my chelas how much I love teaching them about Karma and the effects of.

Yet the human sub conscious already knows it all.

When you listen to the natural instincts that dwell in your heart then you are learning from your Paramaguru and Guru Mother.

The essence of spiritual teachings are numerous when you are aware of your surroundings even when you sleep.

In sleep the devotee will commune with the Divine Self.

One who seeks wisdom with a true heart will receive spiritual knowledge.

She or he will gain wisdom all of their life time.

As one sits at the Feet of their Guru, the lessons of life and Karma comes quickly and beautifully.

As I spend my life in constant devotions and dedication and love to my Guru I am also spending my life taking care of my chelas.

The arrows that are sharpened with harsh and cruel words and are pointed at others turn like a boomerang toward one’s Self.

One should not waste their time trying to hurt those who hurt them.

One who is the knower of the Self or is on the path of knowing one’s Self will always feel when they are hurting another and puts a stop to it.

The heart is the center of purifying vibrations.

When one lives in the heart, then they also live in the Heart Of The Mother.

This very moment feel your whole Being expand as you breathe deeply in and out as you read your Guru Mother’s Words.

Plunge into the Waters of the Ganga and breathe in Her Love and Compassion.

Breathe out to the world and feel your anger evaporating.

When one is still they attain wisdom and also the constant feeling of expansion.

Mental restlessness and grief are melted away in the heart of passion for the Mother’s Breath.

Thoughts do not have to disappear entirely during meditation, they only have to be let go.

Actually the Higher Mind is always ready to let the thoughts go for they have no roots what so ever.

In meditation this morning practice letting the thoughts go.

Do nothing else for the first 10 minutes that you sit.

Watch how the concentrated mind of the flowing process of letting go provides a much needed bridge between you and your Essential Self.

I love you my chelas with all of my Being.

Feel this love flow through you as you sit watching your thoughts.

There is a difference between feeling and thinking.

At this moment your Guru Mother is sending you the feeling of total unconditional love.

Feel this love my chelas.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.

Love Ma
