Namaste my chelas all over the world.
As you sit in meditation feel the conscious mind really let go.
The body will begin to relax.
The gentle flow of the Mother’s love will come in the silent moments that follow.
The Flow is always there.
It is when the monkey mind moves from tree to tree that one thinks the FLOW OF THE MOTHER’S RIVER ceases to be.
This can never happen.
It is always there even as thoughts crowd your mind.
The point of stillness that comes from watching your breath rising and falling is just the beginning.
To sit each day one begins to understand that self effort does bring silence to the chaos of the heart.
There is a celestial peace that comes over one’s self as meditation begins to pierce the heart.
One begins to view their life differently through meditation.
The gains from meditation are enormous.
The light with in us all heats our passion for the Mother to always be felt in our Inner Being.
Every Karmic Space has a different energy.
One can actually witness this energy when they think of all the Karmic Spaces slowly and deliberately.
The 11 Cubby Holes are filled with negative and positive vibrations.
Being it is a small space the ego sends forth the darkness of negativity quite easily.
The ego seduces with thoughts of hiding one’s self in a cloud of Jealousy, Anger, Pride and such.
Picture yourself in a dark cave.
Now picture a small beautiful round light in the center of the dark cave.
Watch the light grow brighter and brighter and get larger and larger.
The light becomes so bright that the darkness disappears and you can walk right out of the darkness of the cave.
The positive Light of the Mother brings one the ability to understand what the ego is trying to do.
It is important to know that with self effort one has the ability to stop themselves from entering into any of the Karmic Spaces.
One does not need to create the Mother’s Light as it is always there.
Close your eyes and try to figure out which Karmic Space you are in now or which one you are about to enter.
It is important to write in your journal the day and the time you are feeling this.
After a few days see if you are always feeling the same at a certain time or when there is something going on.
Through the journal you can change energy patterns.
There are always negative incidents in your life.
You can recreate them into positive energies.
Apply thoughts of love to your issues and say out loud or to your self, MY MA LOVES ME, MY MA LOVES ME, MY MA LOVES ME OVER AND OVER.
Watch how the energy all around you changes for the better in just a few seconds.
Anger looks to the spiritual eye like a thousand sparks coming out of your skull, going no where fast.
Love looks like a flow of blue light that is always there all ways flowing.
One need not create misery by locking one’s self in the Karmic Spaces that are negative.
Bad experiences in life does not make you weak, just a little tempted to take them out on yourself.
Meditation keeps your perspective clear.
Apply love to all your issues in life and watch how life turns out.

Today I made plains to teach some of it my self in order to start you all off in the direction of becoming a great teacher of an ancient art and discipline.
I will also teach you how to teach as you are learning.
