Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Procrastination is a lack of awareness in the actions of one’s self.
When one wants to take charge of the way that they live the first thing they can do is ask from the Mother Kali to teach them how not to procrastinate.
When one procrastinates life has a way of slipping away.
First it is minutes then it is hours then it is days and then it is years.
If you are willing to work at making changes in your life then meditation on the movements of life can help you greatly.
Procrastination is a dark process that lives in the mental personality and takes up a lot of the mind’s time.
One spends more time thinking of how they are putting things off then the actual doing of what it is that has to be done.
As you embark on your spiritual journey of getting rid of procrastination you must do so with love for yourself and for others.
Putting in your mind everything you have to do becomes the way the ego has you overwhelmed.
Each person has their own way they procrastinate.
It all has to do with relaxation of the mind and the opening of the heart.
You are your own greatest critic of yourself putting things off until another time.
One formula for every one does not work.
Each person has to see their own way through the things they do not feel like doing.
One actually needs courage and love of themselves to even begin to try to change.
If you find yourself obsessing on what you have to do and the day slips away then you must sit quietly and calm yourself down.
How many of you wait for the last minute to get things done?
This is procrastination in its barest form.
Try to be reasonable with yourself and yet do one thing that you would not do in the moment for the next week.
DO IT NOW can become your mantra for a little while.
You will have less stress in your life when you stop procrastinating.
You may ask what this all has to do with spirituality.
I say to you EVERYTHING!
It is a way that you can sabotage your own spiritual practice.
Kali Natha Yoga is an ancient yoga that is offered in the moment.
We have many classes Here on our Mother Ashram for our residents and guests.
I watch how my Teachers are changing and changing others.
All of Kashi is a vision of work and togetherness and service with out procrastination.
We who live Here know that the Mother Kashi is the Now.
All our Ashrams are taught the Teachings of living in the moment through the grace and beauty of the breath.
One has no time to give in to the ego’s demands when there are those who are in need waiting for you to care and to do.
I say to my chelas come with me and live in the moment of life and love.
This is what I hear my own Guru whispering in my ear.
The sun rises in the silence of dawn and the moon demands to be seen in the heart of all.
Gather your thoughts and live in the moment of the now and give homage to the morning sun and the nights light of the different phases of the moon.
Taste the fire of passion once again by being in the moment.
Let the Soul feel your blood running through your veins as you have the gratitude for the life you lead and the heart of Mother Kashi.
Let loose of procrastination and sit at the Feet Of Paramaguru and Guru Mother.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer
I love you all so very much.
Love Ma
