Om Ganesha,
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers
June 10, 2006
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The mind can not just be shut off in meditation.
One needs to give thoughts a little space to breathe.
The secret is to not be attached to our thoughts.
When one becomes aware of the breath the space that the thoughts need to exist begins to close.
When in meditation one finds that when they finally settle down different thoughts come to surface.
This is like throwing a rock in a small well of water, some will over flow.
Yet in a little while all ripples will stop and this is how the thoughts will stop eventually.
Just as quietly as day falls into night so will thoughts drift away.
Through meditating on Mother Kashi all darkness is swallowed by the heart.
The spiritual heart of every human being is like a sweet space of jasmine.
Sun and Moon throb like a heart beat of the Goddess as one’s mind is on Mother Kashi.
The celestial sky over Kashi blesses all who look up.
The summer nights have brought such bliss to so many.
After darshan all the chelas and guests seem to gather by our Ganga by our Manikarnika.
I watch and my heart opens with such joy as I see all so very close.
I pray that the love and dignity Here on Kashi can light the world and bring compassion to every one.
The Lord Agni which is the passion of our hearts heats our beings when one calls out to the Lord of Kashi, Shiva.
The scent of blossoming flowers bring a richness that is the fiery freshness of our hearts love.
Such a Natural Place Of Peace And God and Goddess our Kashi is.
Ones heart suddenly sings when one thinks of Mother Kashi.
She drinks the grief of our heart and brings love.
Meditate my chelas on the Mother Kashi in your heart.
She will bring a sweetness that will consume all bitterness and pain.
She will take your confused tears and bring you clarity.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to Mother Kashi.
Mother let all who come Here know of your love and compassion.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.
