Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.
After reading all your letters and they still are coming in, i am made glad of heart about how much this Darshan Line means to you.
Try to think of how much you love your Guru Mother then how much more does your Guru Mother love you.
You see you are all part of me and part of my life and the reason why I took birth.
I can see in you the goodness of who you are.
Sit quietly after you read your Darshan Line and see yourself by a stream of sacred water.
Know that this water is constantly alive and never ceases to be.
Go into your heart as your breath calms down and listen to your heart and see how you are feeling.
Perhaps you can talk into a recorder so you do not have to look at your computer so much.
Listen to your heart.
Allow the prana to drop into your heart and see what your heart beat has to say to you.
Now allow the passion of fire shakti to come into your heart.
The breath flows like the stream of water before you.
Take the shakti breath down your right side your body.
Feel the breath moving through all your cells on the right side, the sun side of your body.
Feel the breath open your whole right side,
Visualize the passion of fire moving through you from the top of your head to the toes of your right foot.
Feel the whole of your right side filled with the suns rays.
Now see how your moon side is feeling.
Your sun side is filled and flowing with fire water and sun.
Keep breathing deeply into your spiritual heart.
Now feel the shakti breath of the moon enter into your left side.
You are still before the sacred stream of water flowing before you.
Feel the breath move down into your left side.
Visualize the passion of fire moving through you from the top of your head to the toes of your left foot.
You can not do this meditation wrong, there fore there is no judgment.
Your moon side is filled and flowing with the cool fire and water of Mother Moon.
Come back again to your heart.
Stay in the center of your spiritual heart.
Take as long as you need.
Feel relaxation spreading through your whole being.
Your arms and hands can feel the moon and the sun touching them lightly and lovingly.
As one unit feel the sun and the moon come through your throat chakra and into your third eye.
Now let go as your whole body relaxes and feel the prana of the sun and moon move slowly out of the top of your head together.
The Great Prana of Mother Shakti is moving slowly and wonderfully out of the top of the head as the body heals and feels the Mother Earth Keeping it alive as the Soul Body rises and rises.
Feel your state of rest.
Now feel over your head.
Just come over your head and be open to all sensations.
Looking down upon your self and feel the streaming sacred waters flowing gently horizontally toward the right.
Now rise with the non breath way above all form and gently let go.
Be open my chelas.
The Mother’s Breath is breathing for you now.
Be aware and be open to the lightness of the now over your head.
All feelings and thoughts that rise over the head have to be honored.
This is a balancing spiritual exercise, completing the body as I take you over your head.
Each word you read balances and excites every atom in your body for the body knows that the Soul is being called into the Great Formless that is everybody’s right to acknowledge.
No name.
No religion.
No gender.
Only full and wonderful formless love.
Stay Here for a little while and let your awareness freely flow downward and begin to circulate all around your head and then come like a gentle water fall into the top of your head and then into the third eye and slowly into your heart.
Feel all the sensations.
If the feelings suddenly shift to the right or left, then balance the Great Shakti into the center of your chest.
Every fiber of your being is being touched by this Shakti Prana.
Feel the breath going all around your center into the back and then into the heart center again.
Let go.
Let the breath do as it may.
When ever you feel imbalance then bring your awareness back to the heart center.
Now breathe in and out deeply.
You need not keep count, just breathe in as deeply as you can and breathe out as deeply as you can.
After five minutes of this deep breathing let the breath become normal and just sit and feel what is.
Then say to your self MY MA LOVES ME, MY MA LOVES ME for as long as you feel like and then stretch your hands over your head and start your day filled with balance and love and the knowing of the Formless.
Accept your self as you are in this moment.
This balancing meditation can be done a few times a week.
Each time you do it, write in your journal any feelings that you had during your meditations.
Then at night write down how you experienced your day after you practiced this meditation in your morning hours.
This process will help you find balance inside of your self.
You see my chelas your Mother Guru loves you each and every moment of your life.
When your heart is open then you can begin to understand the living truth of being with satsang and of course Paramaguru and Guru.
This summer get to know each other more and more.
So many of you have been together for over thirty years.
Get to know the newer ones.
Bring them the kindness and love that you have for your Mother Guru.
Show them your love for your Sacred Mother Ashram
Do this in all of our Kashi Ashrams.
There are thousands of words to describe love.
Yet it is the feeling of such balance and expansion that is beyond love when one sits at the Feet of their Guru.
I know, for I sit always at the Feet Of Your Paramaguru.
The Guru takes you from the limitless shores of the body to the love of every Soul thus showing you how to love the body and to see this love of form and formless in all peoples.
With in the heart the Guru’s heart beats with the chela’s needs.
I love you my chelas, know this love always. This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
