Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.
My chelas, be focused this day, try to be aware of your body and how you react to things people and places that you come across during your day.
Start your day by sitting still.
Be aware of your breath as you sit quietly.
See how long it takes for the breath to calm down.
Stay in the body until you feel that your whole body has expanded with the new awareness that you are bringing to it.
There is a rhythm to this awareness.
Become fascinated with the breath and the body.
And know that this is the breath’s body.
As you become aware of different feelings in the body begin to focus over your head.
The body knows what to do as the Soul body calls you to it.
Stay very still, yet remember if you need to move, then move very simply and quietly.
Let it all become part of the rhythm of awareness.
When one is at home in their body then going over the head one can feel the link or connection that runs through every human being.
As you pay attention to the Soul body rising over the head one begins to understand the wonderful mystery of love.
For the Universal Soul sends currents of love to the Earthly Body preparing a path toward the Beloved.
Each earthly moment pulsates with wanting of your Beloved.
Each moment merges into the colors of the Universe.
This is what the inner eye sees as the Soul rises.
The moment is always alive.
Every time you rise from the earthly body into the Soul Body every moment is a different frequency.
Every seeker has a speed in which to heal the heart.
For some it is slower and some faster.
Yet with patience every one reaches the Beloved.
This does not mean that the Beloved is not available from the beginning of life till the end and all that comes after.
One needs only to sit quietly and feel the Mother Shakti coming through the top of the head.
Now it is time to flow freely out of the top of the head.
Your Beloved has you wrapped in Her Arms in the present moment.
You let go of all attachments yet you do not let go of any attachments that brought you wisdom and compassion.
Your past is a teaching tool of the moment and the moment gently flows into the new as you meditate.
The present moment becomes a teaching moment of the future.
And then all time stops.
That which surrounds us begins to disappear as the body rests and the individual soul rises slowly and fully into the Universal Soul.
This is a new stage of your life.
Yet you always learn from the past.
In the moment one can heal the past by going on in meditation.
Feel the freedom of the moment.
Then once again let go.
Begin to breathe deeply over the head.
Not with a lot of force.
With a gentle flow of prana.
Then the breath becomes very shallow.
Just let this happen slowly.
Stay in this space in and out of form or in and out of thought.
Then slowly come back into the top of your head into your third eye and into the deepest part of your spiritual heart.
As you breathe in and out of your heart, you can not feel the separateness that you had before.
The Soul Body merges in the Earth Body and a freedom comes upon you like the warm breath of the Mother.
Your relationship with your Beloved is the greatest boon in your life.
There is nothing to possess in this Divine Relationship.
It just is.
Follow the breath and just be.
Sit as long as you want to, always watching the breath.
Always being aware.
There is deepness in awareness.
Be aware my chelas as you sit for a little longer each day.
Be aware of your Beloved’s love.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
