Om Ganesha,

Morning Pujas and Prayers

August 7, 2006

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

As Kashi welcomes all who come to Her Land, Her Ashram, one drinks of the wine at Her Table and feels peace whirl through all of their life times.

It is not that the past can be changed, it is learning from the past that can allow one to grow into the now.

One needs the Mother and the Mother burns bright to make the Light of Gratitude always be.

Bring your awareness to your thoughts this moment.

Focus only on your flow of thought.

At any time your mind can be perfectly still and other times chaos can be running through you.

Merge with the chaos or the peace.

Let the two conditions become one heart beat.

Some of your thoughts may be impressions of the day.

Your internal thoughts of the mind comes back to you as you try to sit.

Do not fight it.

When you hear the voices of your day or life come to you loud and clear, just quietly merge with the voices.

When there is activity in the mind, perhaps the hum of life all around you, just let it come into you with out judgment.

This is a subtle process or as our Swami Nityanada says, SUBTLE DISCRIMINATION.

Enjoy the body relaxing.

Enjoy the moment no matter what it is that you observe.

When thoughts come in say to yourself thinking.

See how you feel when you say thinking.

Now see your self at a huge table on the shores of Mother Ganga in our Sacred Kashi.

See your self becoming intoxicated with the Mother through your breath.

Become aware of your breath.

Listen to your thoughts simply as sounds of life, like the sounds of the frogs at sunset. or the birds at dawn.

Notice your body’s sensations as you sit.

Now begin to take control of your breath.

Breathe into the spiritual heart for the count of seven hold for the count of nine ( work yourself up to these numbers if you can not do it at first)

Let the breath out for the count of nine, slowly and surly.

Do this clearing breath for five minutes.

Then sit as you see yourself at Kashi Mother’s Table.

Become fascinated by your own thoughts.

Yet do not become involved.

To the best of your ability stay detached.

Then do the breath over again,

Then sit again at Kashi Mother’s Table.

Do this over and over for as long as you can.

Write in your journal your thoughts when you are finished with your practice.

This is a clearing breath.

You may find your self more mindful all day in a different way then before.

You see, your Higher Mind knows that the Mother’s Table is always set for you at any time.

The wholesomeness of this meditation lives with you.

Your body becomes the moving fabric of your meditation.

Let us dance together for a little while my chelas, at this point.

You have just done the clearing breath and I have just held you as the breath took you from confusion to calmness.

My breath runs through you in a never ending simple tenderness of Guru and chela’s hearts.

The dance is the dance of love.

Pure love that is served at the Mother’s Table.

Bring your right hand to your spiritual heart and feel the heat of your Guru’s Hand healing and soothing you.

When you have done this simple meditation for a little while, for at least 11 days straight, then write your Ma for the next part of the breath.

The next steps to the dance of love and life.

The next steps to the open door to your pure heart.

You are the mystical element of this Teaching.

The mind is shattered when the breath is a breath of awareness.

The fragments of the mind turn into little lights that can easily merge with your breath.

My chelas, your Beloved is closer to you then your own breath.

Your Beloved answers your spiritual needs,

Only the Great Beloved can answer your needs.

My chelas you have such mystical powers with in you.

The Mother has secret passageways to Her Heart.

She teaches the mystic how to know their Souls relationship to the Goddess.

Sorrow comes and goes in life, yet the Mother is always there and never changes.

Your heart throbs with life, the life force of the tremendous bliss of your Beloved.

The laws of karma bow before the Grace that the Mother sends you all during your life.

You who know the Mother ever so slightly knows the mystery of self wisdom.

Your Ma is on this journey with you.

You are never alone as you return with in yourself to yourself.

The journey, is always inward.

Yet the Mother’s Table is always set outwardly and inwardly.

Here at the Mother’s Table you learn about your own Soul.

I love you my chelas.

This Darshan, this morning is such a big part of my Pujas and Prayers for all of you.

The Breath is the Darshan and the Darshan is the Mother’s Breath breathed into you with the Divine Force of our Baba our Lord Shiva.

Know this to be true.

And you will know of your Beloved.

Love Ma
