Om Ganesha,

Morning Pujas and Prayers

August 16,2006

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

When one constantly practices pranayama they receive an abundance of Shakti that lives in the heart.

One can acquire mastery over many situations in life and death.

When the breath is set loose from anger, breathing is quickened, life is shortened.

By paying attention to the breath, life is prolonged.

Control over the senses leads to the control of not letting one into the Karmic Spaces especially in the subconscious mind.

The Mother Kashi brings to one the awareness of the breath.

I have often asked our Baba, where does the breath go?

THE BREATH IS ALWAYS FLOWING THROUGH THE HEART OF THE SOUL.

WHEN ONE FEEDS EVERY ONE THEN THE HEART OF EVERYONE’S SOUL IS FED AS WELL AS THE BODY.

Our Ashram sings with the love of Gods and Goddesses.

The walls of the temples in Kashi sings and breathes with the love of Gods and Goddesses.

There is so much devotion practiced on Kashi’s Sacred Grounds that the very nature of being is kept alive in the KASHI’S SOIL OF LIFE.

The tread of love that goes way back into our lineage is the mystery of this Teaching.

Where this tread takes us is to the heart of humankind.

One can taste the very existence of love from the beginning of time when walking Kashi’s Sacred Grounds.

When wishes to grow in the certainty of love then the breath must be honored and enjoyed.

One must take care of this body that was given to us on loan.

The deep sensations of meditations flow through the living body.

Kali Natha Yoga observes this flow and works with it.

The simple practice of the mountain pose brings one into the root of life through the feet and the soul of life through the top of the head.

Balanced is learnt, as balanced is practiced through awareness.

When death comes to the yogi, the ash of the body becomes the living proof of the borrowed body.

The ego is the unconscious and conscious sense of separation from the Soul of the Cosmic Movement.

Actually the ego is the falseness of truth and movement.

The ego has no roots and when it rules over the thought process, one lives in chaos.

The moment that we live in is quite simple.

It is when one leaves this moment that confusion arises.

The ego tries to sabotage the moment by lingering outside the moment.

When one sings or chants to the Mother, all of sound is manifested in the awareness of sound.

The ego has no place in the awareness of sound that is sung from the heart of the kirtan walla or the individual who sings and caresses the air around that space where the voice sounds can be heard then disapears into the heart of the Mother.

The dark stubbornness of the ego tries to smother the beauty of musical sounds of the voice as one chants to the Great Goddess.

The ego is the invader of the moment.

The heart is the giver and the Soul the receiver.

Can you remember yesterday’s space?

It is today’s moment.

The subtle awareness of the moment is filled with bliss of being and consciousness.

When chaos is made silent and still and the arrogance of the ego is turned off then the bliss of the moment is made warm in the heart of the seeker.

The Mother responds to the heat in the heart, yet She is always there to warm the cooling heart with the warmth of the Father.

Bitterness always follows the ego.

Bitterness pinches the heart and brings pain.

Clear awareness of the Mother’s Love brings openness to the heart and life of Her children.

The ego leaves a certain sleep pattern upon you.

Yet to be aware one lives in the moment of stillness.

I love you my chelas more than you will every know.

Be alert and allow the Mother to smooth the way to Her Arms and Heart.

She will allow you to see the flowers and see them in the moment in the thought process of your Higher Mind.

My Pujas and Prayers are that the Mother rinses away the blindness of the ego and brings the joy of seeing the goodness in all peoples as they awake to love.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.

I love you all so very much.

Love Ma
