Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

The symphony of the Soul comes together at the Feet Of The Guruji.

Some times the path begins with the pain of separation in the heart.

The Guru says YOU MISS YOURSELF, YOUR TRUE SELF, YOUR BELOVED.

Something begins to stir beneath the surface.

The stirring longs for the way to silence the mind and to still the body.

The Mother gave you a clearing breath on August 7, 2006

I asked you to do it for 11 days.

If you have followed my instructions then your heart should be more and more open since the beginning of the breath’s first day.

If you have not done this breath, go back to August 7th Darshan and start the clearing breath at Kashi Mother’s Table.

For those who have completed the 11 days then here is the next breath.

Breathe into the spiritual heart for the count of seven hold for the count of nine then out for the count of nine.

Do this once again for five minutes.

Then see yourself sitting at the Mother Kashi Table once again.

Only this time see yourself pranaming and moving toward the shore of the Ganga.

Sit down, crossing legs and feel the warm Kashi breeze caressing your forehead.

Feel the body relaxing and the mind clearing.

Now begin Kashi Fire Breath.

Breathe in and out with intent and a slight force starting with thirty seconds, working up to two minutes.

Do not force the breath.

Make sure your body is relaxed.

Then sit quietly and feel the warm Kashi breeze caressing your heart for a few minutes.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.

DO NOT SKIP OVER THE BREATHING SPIRITUAL EXERCISE GIVEN ON AUGUST 7, 2006.

DO THIS MEDITATION AND SPIRITUAL EXERCISE ONLY IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED 11 DAYS AND IF NOT DO IT NOW AND THEN GO INTO TODAY’S MEDITATION AND PRANAYAM

See if you can feel a slight breeze touching the base of your spine.

Now bring your awareness to the sacred bone beneath the first chakra.

Five deep breaths in to the sacred bone.

Feel the Mother’s Womb calling you beneath the body.

Keeping the body very still enter into the Mother’s Womb in Mother Earths Heart.

Feel the wonderment of sitting on Kashi’s Soil and entering into the Mother’s Womb.

If you have done the 11 days you will feel ready to enter into the Womb of the Mother.

Stay way below the sacred bone for as long as you are comfortable.

Then begin to chant to your self, OM GUM GANAPATA YEA NAMAHA.

Ganesha will let you know when to stop.

No more then five minutes, no less then thirty seconds.

Bring your awareness to the second chakra when the chanting is done.

As you are in the second chakra keep in mind the warmth of the Mother’s Womb beneath the sacred bone.

That warmth will become part of your life.

Bring your awareness to the solar plexus, the third chakra.

Then breathe in the warmth of the Mother’s Womb into the third chakra for five deep breaths.

You keep the count and gradually add on a count or two as you feel ready.

Do this in each chakra till you get to the ninth chakra which is over the head as is the eighth.

Stay in the ninth chakra wide open and filled with the tantric warmth of Mother.

Focus deeply in the ninth chakra( the night chakra) until the pull to enter into the Formless becomes so great that you let go to the sound of Lord Krishna’s Flute.

He will know when to bring you back into the top of your head and then into your spiritual heart.

Sit quietly as you breathe in and out the spiritual heart.

THE JOURNEY HEART.

The warmth of Mother will clear out all doubts in your self.

The warmth of the Mother will burn the ego’s edge and allow you to breathe easily under your Guru’s Mother Guidance.

Stay still for as long as you feel comfortable.

Then see yourself getting up and sitting at Mother Kashi’s Table.

Sit there for a short time and then breathe in and out a few breathes.

Start your day.

If you do the second part in the evening before bedtime then lay down and say over and over, Mother Kashi Loves Me until the gentleness of Mother Sleep takes you to Her Loving Arms.

If you have completed the first 11 days then this meditation is the continuation of the clearing breath and will bring you deeper than ever before.

You can not get hurt in any way if you eliminate the first Darshan’s Breath.

You just wont get the deepest most profound tantric results that one will receive by following your Guru Mother’s Instructions.

Do this Darshan’s Breath for two and a half months.

One can also choose to not do the CLEARING WOMB BREATH FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS, GOING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BREATH.

This is the first time that your Guru Mother has given you such deepness in two Darshans.

They are clearing breaths.

So do not forget to write in your journals what you felt after doing the breath.

Write your Ma after two days and let me know how this breath is affecting you.

Both breaths are quite strong.

Both breaths will open you like never before.

It is the Tantric Mother’s Womb that will hold you and keep you warm in Lord Agni’s Fire of balance and clearing.

It is the force of Karmic Impressions that is cleared out.

Once the chela is in the heart, the sound of Lord Krishna’s Flute will lead you to the Heart of Nataraja Dance.

Thus you too dance with the Mother and the Father becoming the child of both and the adult who takes care of their children, serving all in their Holy Names.

I will be watching and taking care of you as you follow your Guru Mother’s instructions.
