Om Ganesha,
Morning Pujas and Prayers
August 26, 2006
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The truth of spiritual love comes from the heart.
It is a total out pouring of giving caring and compassion.
The more often you allow yourself to speak from the heart the more effective you become in your communication with others and the Gods and Goddesses.
When you speak from your mind, you may find solace in anger.
This type of anger turns easily into rage.
Through meditation one can burn off the habit of speaking from the mind.
When speaking from the heart one can understand that we are all descendants of the Gods and the Goddesses.
We are the beams of light that the Gods give off so the chela can see by the light of their Goddess Mothers.
Feel the warmth of that light enter into your chest.
Stay a few moments focusing in your chest.
Allow the warmth to flow freely.
Here one can feel the holy waters in which to purify ones self.
Allow your head to rise toward the heavens relieving the tension in your throat.
Lower your head and feel the warmth of the heart flowing into the throat.
Breathe in and out of your throat chakra for seven deep breaths.
Now see if you can feel each breath on its own.
In other words feel the breath come into the center of the throat and out the center of the throat.
Feel the breath coming into the side of the throat and out the side of your throat.
Do this until you have found seven streams of the Ganga, seven spaces in your throat that are now open.
Then just sit and breathe deeply into your heart for five minutes.
After the five minutes sit as long as you can comfortably.
Notice how the streams of The Ganga begin to flow and merge into one stream into the third eye and out of the top of the head.
Sit another little while and begin to breathe in and out of your third eye.
Now allow your head to be between your knees.
Just keep your head between your knees in a form of surrender to the Goddess with in for a few minutes
This meditation will bring you wisdom of yourself and how to speak from your heart.
The spiritual heart sends vibrations to the throat and the throat relaxes.
So much tension leaves the body in this meditation.
Write how you feel in your journal each time you do this breath.
Notice how anger begins to drain out of you as you lift your head.
Anger allows wisdom to depart from the seeker.
Surrender brings humility.
Practice this meditation only when you have time.
You can not rush surrender to the Goddess with in.
You must go slowly thus it is best to practice this meditation in the evening.
I have always prayed to our Mother Laxmi to bring my chelas a deep compassion for all of the world.
Yet I knew that for one to do this they must have great humility along with the strength of the Mother’s Lion.
This courage allows one to enter into the space of the Mother that has deep love for all peoples.
This space is also called the space of gratitude and unconditional love.
Mother Laxmi rules over love and all lovers of spiritual love.
Speaking of love, we have another beautiful engaged couple who lives on our Ashram whom the Mother Guru called Home.
It is our beautiful Kundalini Ma and our singer to the Mother, our Vama Deva.
I love you both so very much and will be honored to marry you on our Sacred Kashi Ashram.
Spring must be in the air in the near autumn.
My chelas be gracious to each other and all will find love in the heart.
Soon we will have a gay marriage blessing and celebration also.
My lips are sealed once again until the ring is given and the hand in marriage is asked for.
I love you all so very much.
Know how much this is.
To know this is to be this.
To be this is to extend the gift of Guru’s Love to all.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to our Sacred Mother Laxmi.
I ask Mother Laxmi to extend Her Cord Of Grace around all my chelas.
( a teaching for another day.)
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
Love Ma
