Om Ganesha,
Morning Pujas and Prayers
Oct. 1, 2006
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Yesterday brought such contentment to the Guru’s heart and the chela’s Soul.
The Guru never imposes Her ideas or beliefs on the chela.
She leads and teaches by Her actions.
She never challenges Her chela’s identity.
Her chelas life and work is as important to Her as Her own breath.
Yesterday the Mother brought Her chelas to the place of non violence with in their own self.
The impulses to enter into the Karmic Spaces were taken in the beginning meditation.
I looked around our Dattatreya Temple and only saw the beat of my own heart in all my chelas hearts.
Diversity in the Temple was celebrated in the moment of breaking the Karmic Cycles.
Certainly diversity is part of Mother Earth
If diversity was not natural then all mountains and lakes and stars would have the same height and width and look about them.
The Goddess would have designed all people the same if diversity was not part of the Mother’s Divine plane.
It is natural for Human Beings to want to fit in with others.
Yet how boring life would be if one would only expresses their diversity to fit the norm of other’s thoughts.
As I was sharing our Baba’s Teachings of breaking the samskaras of past life and this life time, my prayer for all my chelas all over the world, was LET THEM NOT CONDEMN HOW OTHERS THINK, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEIR BELIEFS ARE NOT MEANINGFUL TO MY CHELAS OR NOT.
DIVERSITY IS THE SOIL IN WHICH THE ROOTS OF HUMAN KINDNESS GROWS.
LET US ALL RESPECT OTHERS THE WAY WE ALL WANT TO BE RESPECTED.
ONCE ONE CONDEMNS OTHERS WE ARE REALLY CONDEMNING OURSELVES.
WHAT SEEMS VIRTUOUS TODAY MAY NOT SEEM SO VIRTUOUS TOMORROW.
WHEN YOU CONDEMN YOU MAY BE CONDEMNING YOURSELF IN THIS FUTURE LIFE OR NEXT LIFE.
Many prejudices are often subtle.
One does not even realize that one can not break the Karmic Cycle if there is prejudice or bigotry.
I brought my chelas into the contemplation of their own destiny.
I brought them into the place where they skillfully hide from the Mother forgetting that the Mother can see right through them.
There is nothing that the chela could do that would have the Mother throw chela out of Her ever expanding heart.
I gave my chelas the ability that they already had to inspire themselves and of course others with love and compassion.
I brought them all into the fine tapestry of our Baba’s Heart.
I showed them how to cross the bridge to death and the understanding in life of death.
I saw how each chela generates love of this teaching into actions.
Each Intensive is like learning of the Journey Home.
In fact it is the Journey Home.
This Intensive is the Mother Durga Intensive.
For it will truly end and yet never end at the time of the last night of Durga Puja when the Mother will be placed in the Ganga and all Her chelas heart ache and grief will be absorbed by Mother Ganga.
And then this day.
And then this day.
We will sit together as I share the teaching.
We will sit together as I explain the Homesickness of the Soul.
The wonderful yearning for the Mother’s Arms.
It is the yearning that brings one into the fire of the moment’s love.
My Puja and Prayer is that all my chelas know that when they enter Kashi they are already Home.
The journey has not ended it has just begun.
Allow Kashi to absorb you all my chelas.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
Love Ma
