Om Ganesha,
Morning Pujas and Prayers
Oct. 18, 2006
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
What are the roots of suffering?
What is the art of living?
How can one work with the every day of every day?
These are all questions that the great sages would ask of their God and then teach the answers to their disciples.
So many of the great teachers dedicated their lives to sharing with humanity and to find strategies how to live with out the fear of pain.
There is nothing that an open heart can not bare.
Yet there is so much happiness in this world to balance out sorrow.
Some times in life one feels completely alone.
When the higher mind takes over one realizes that they are never alone.
The ego splits the Earth up.
Alone or together.
Hate or love.
Sorrow or happiness.
Yet all this is the human experience of life.
So many want to wait for the right moment to be happy or to find joy or to start to get healthy.
At the center of our Being is the now.
It is the mystical substance in the center of our psychi that is the creative mind or the many faceted self.
The mystical self has many shapes and is the breath of the self.
The breathe of the self supports all creative life.
We are creative life.
This unseen force cuts to the bone of any issue.
It is the drummer playing the beat of life.
When you can make a place for the breath of the self, by being aware it will never retreat.
You are in the central cycle of your creative nature when you use your perception.
No one can steal your spirit of life except your own lower mind.
Come live with me says the ego mind and you will have everything.
Yet the central cycle of your creative nature remembers each life times cycle where mistakes are made and lessons are learned.
Our ego’s memory recalls all the moments that has destroyed moments of happiness and tries to have these moments rise again and again.
Your perceptive nature will always out wit your ego by knowing, simply knowing this is not the way, i have been there and have gone through this.
During the death stage one is being prepared to realize the spirit of wisdom that will be born with in at the time of birth.
Take a deep breath and enter into your perspective nature.
Focus your attention to the Divine Guidance of your own being.
Each life time you receive Divine Guidance to use with awareness.
As you breathe the moment deeply into your heart know that you can remember this moment in another time and another space.
This is the space of wisdom death.
Focus your attention to your seventh chakra.
Breathe in and out of the top of your head.
Breathe like this for 11 breaths.
Then let the Shakti take you way over the head.
Feel the patterns of life itself that is seeping into you.
Each pattern contains a whole world of wisdom that will be with you.
Then breathe into your spiritual heart and be appreciated of your life.
Breathe in and out of your heart space.
This is the center of your divine beliefs.
Take a moment and speak to your Beloved.
Then breathe three deep breaths in and out.
Call back any energy that you may have lost during your day and call it back to your heart.
This is the breath of your wisdom during life and death.
I love you my chelas.
I call on all the wisdom keepers of life and death and ask them all to watch over my chelas.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
Love Ma
